They have tried to migrate us from Symantec. For three months we cannot get access to appropriate product replacement - Endpoint protection small business edition - cloud. I have repeatedly sent our screenshots where it could be seen that the product is not available in our portal but they answer that we have to be logged in (of course I have logged in, and it could be seen from the screenshot). Anyway, we are looking for product replacement from competitors. There must be some company willing to take our money.

The familysearch program had it's faults, but for a free site it provided a large amount of information. It's records search was very flexable, but from time to time upgrades were installed that created lockups and missing data. Some months back a major "upgrade" was installed that has made a records search very limited and results the same. If this was a way to drive researchers to pay sites then it is well on it's way to success. I have used the "old" program for many years and collected a large amount of data and it's hard to complain about a free program. I have tried to use this system and I have found little data. Not worth the effort.

I signed my small gallery with this platform in June. After paying over $400 per month and not seeing any movement or interest I wrote to my advisor to cancel me (since they will t let you do it electronically) they did not cancel only keep charging me and ignoring her requests. What am I supposed to do? I’ve cancelled how they said I can and all they do is ignore the requests to terminate. This company is not a good company. I do not recommend them on any level. Dishonest people in their billing department. As of November after declining the payment with my cc the monthly charges stopped and I got a 3 month $1250 early termination bill. I believe this is how the company makes a lot of its money. Have a NEWGallery page in your site. Do anything for the little galleries you are so aggressively recruiting. Good luck to any small gallery trying to get attention on the platform.

Probably the only company with worse customer service than comcast. Their online chat never worked. If you call you get a some random call center. If you ask for a supervisor that online call center will say "Ok. Bye!" and hang up the phone. They can't complete orders at all. They don't honor preorders at all, which means they sell things they don't have in stock at all, with no actual date of them being in stock. There was even a time when they charged me for a preorder I made before it was ready to ship, or even in stock which goes against their own company policy. The richest company in the world is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. One agent even asked for my social security number. An actual Amazon employee, not a scam.

So slow. I thought it was supposed to be quick, but alas it is slower than Firefox by some way. I got rid of Firefox and now considering looking for an alternative to Google Chrome. I tried searching for Camparethemarket looking for insurance and the page wouldn't even load, as though it was being blocked deliberately. Maybe Google have an interest in the competitors. Not impressed. Maybe next I'll try Duck Duck Go and maybe use the browsers on my pc that I didn't bother with before like Edge.
