Probably the only company with worse customer service than comcast. Their online chat never worked. If you call you get a some random call center. If you ask for a supervisor that online call center will say "Ok. Bye!" and hang up the phone. They can't complete orders at all. They don't honor preorders at all, which means they sell things they don't have in stock at all, with no actual date of them being in stock. There was even a time when they charged me for a preorder I made before it was ready to ship, or even in stock which goes against their own company policy. The richest company in the world is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. One agent even asked for my social security number. An actual Amazon employee, not a scam.

Review of mailerlite
So far MailerLite had been super user-friendly vs all of the similar CRM platforms we tried out for our lead magnet campaign. It also doesn't lag and is pretty much straightforward. What I love about this platform is that the guides are a big help as well as the swift support team that helped me. I also raised a feature suggestion that would enable users to drag certain duplicated emails in a campaign automation that could make it easier for them to create similar emails for a "condition" trigger rather than copy and paste all of the content and adjust necessary details.
Review of lg
Worst customer service I've seen from a major company by far! A manufacturing defect appeared on my earbuds still under warranty, so decided to call them up. A foreign lady that can hardly speak or understand english answers me. Had to repeat myself several time, with her blaming my line to have a "very" bad signal which wasn't the case. Anyways she could not be of much help, as she needed evidence of my invoice and photos of the problem she informed me that going via email, chat or Whatsapp would be better. Took 16 minutes just to get to that conclusion... I decided to go through Whatsapp. What a nightmare. Once you get linked to someone, the answer time is so random. Can be within seconds or hours... The english is far from professional. The whole thing looks scammy. No information is given on how things are going to be done, no recap email,... Somehow I got to the end, after over an hour of wait time since the last message, I've been told that a courier will pick up my earbuds for repair and here is the LG reference number. When will the courier come? Who's the courier? Where are my earbuds going? How long the whole process will take? I don't know, I guess I will be charged £50 because I will likely not be home to hand over my earbuds because nobody gave any details... I'm not even sure if I want to give them my earbuds now. I won't be buying any LG product anymore unless it is covered by a retailer's warranty so I don't have to go through LG's customer service again.

West Wycombe Road BP: The worst petrol station ever. Rude, lying and uncaring staff, poorly maintained pumps that click, because they need fixing, a vacuum cleaning machine that does not have any suction to it and a tampered with tyre pressure machine! Last week was my last visit. Avoid it like the plague!

AVOID, DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.They will contact your clients whom you have licensed an Alamy photo for and accuse them of theft of the images and demand an exorbitant amount of money from them without even being reasonable or simply asking for the licence proof.Customers end up calling non stop in a panic and accusing you of theft of images when in reality it's all licenced. They use heavy handed tactics from the outset and will rattle any customer you have regardless of whether the image is licenced. These people will cause you serious problems, avoid this company at all costs if you care about your business.

Review of sage
Changed from QuickBooks to Sage recently because of issues with QB and non existant service. So glad I changed to Sage, you can talk to them, you can email them and they respond. You don’t get any of that at QB! Rebecca Fairley at Sage is excellent! Thank you Rebecca!

The prices increases are too much. Year on Year they increase above inflation, stating it is for "progress". Sometimes less is more.We have been with sage for 15 years. but now actively looking for a new product, as we see no value in the price increases, just a worsening service.

I was conversing with a couple customer support representatives (Mark P.I. and Niken N.I.) to get an issue resolved however they completely stopped responding leaving the issue unresolved. I waited for a considerable amount of time and tried to follow up but received no further communication. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This experience has been a letdown.

Lowe’s management never replace our washer that was only 6 months old gave us problems 3months ago it’s taking 3months to address the lemon washer from whirlpool we have additional warrantee in washer still Lowe’s management gives us the run around that a third party has to take care of the issue . I don’t recommend going to Lowe’s save your money and go to Home depo .
