ahrefs takes your personal data through their payment processor even before you have your own site login to ahrefs.Then, once the payment is processed, they make you go through hoops to verify ownership of a domain. When you skip these steps it sends you in circles, step 5 back to 1. You never reach the dashboard. I had to ask chat support for the link to the dashboard (!). In your profile you will find the data you provided to their payment processor (a separate entity) now within their own system. They claim to be GDPR compliant. I have my doubts. These people need to study basic UX to put the user in control, and get off their high horse!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I had one question but was transferred at least five times, only to end up with no support for profile migration. Wasted my time… With prices increasing every year, the product still doesn’t meet expectations. Very underwhelming experience overall.

The abitrary nature of the question closure and downvote system is really designed to weed out what they feel are unwanted posters.New to something, search for an answer, can’t find it so make a post?Nope! Not how they work.You are supposed to be able to find a sublink of a closed question that never came up in your search or else you didn’t do enough research and they close the question while linking to something that almost but really doesn’t answer your question.And they have no problem talking down despite claiming to be open to all levels of experience.Useful? Sometimes.But the stars above help you if you need to actually make a post to get help.

hello, My account has restrictions, and it's limited to use, I have transferred funds there, but I can't send them into another wallet. I have been verified several times, they know that its my wallet, my money and nobody has access to it except me! They are keeping my acc limited with no reason. Support tells me that it takes 2-3 days. But why?? is it how you treat your customers? with no reason!!!! On 2 occasions my account has been restricted from sending crypto to another of my wallets. I understand that Coinbase is trying to ensure I am not scammed or the money is not being sent to a fraudulent address but I have completed the ID process and have personally advised the support that the addresses are legitimate and this is what I need to do, only to be advised by support that it could take up to 2-3 days. Granted it did not take that long to resolve the issue but what I am surprised at, is this going to happen every time i wish to deposit cash in to Coinbase, buy crypto and if necessary send it on to another of my wallets. I definetely have an account with Coinbase.

My account with more than 1,100 referred users has been closed without any reason, the support team has nothing to say but "This decision is final" when I asked what rules have I violated.Apparently Binance no longer likes paying commission rewards and closing accounts that have a considerable number of referred users ;)
