HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! TIME I WILL NEVER GET BACK.I CALL FOR ONE THING AND GET TRANSFERED 3 TIMES. WHEN I ASK IF I POSSIBLY CALLED THE WRONG AREA, THEY TRANSFER ME AGAIN. WE HAVE BEEN WITH CLOVER FOR 3 YEARS AND THE VERY FEW TIMES I HAVE CALLED IT GETS ME ABSOLUTLY NOWHERE. WE ARE PAYING A MONTHLY FEE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE AMOUNT WE PAY TOO MUCH TO GET ZERO HELP. ONCE AGAIN I WILL HAVE TO FIGURE THIS OUT ON MY OWN. PLEASE PLEASE CLOVER CAN YOU UP YOUR GAME ON YOUR SERVICE FOLKS TO BE MORE USEFUL, THEY TOO SOUND FRUSTRATED WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS. PLEASE FIX THIS SO YOU GUYS CAN BE MORE USEFUL TO US.

The worst consumer service in the universe!! My terminal got stolen on 6. Of February I called and they said no worries we sending replacement next day they said you will receive new one by the end of the day, next day “we didn’t send we sending it now” , next day you will receive by the end of day, next day “we didn’t send we placed an order to be sent out”!?!???,! If you ask to speak to someone from management they were instructed to say “nobody is available at the moment. Long story short 6 days pass by since they said they sent replacement and after sixth day they changed story to “we didn’t send we just placed an order “ they couldn’t care less! THE MOST UNORGANIZED CUSTOMER SERVICE ON PLANET!!!!

RIP OFF!!!I unwillingly subscribed twice because of a bug on their landing page. First time with one email address, second time with another one. Both containing my first and last names. A day after my subsctiption I've noticed two transfers to Calm.com on my bank account so I asked for a refund for one out of both subcriptions. But they are acting blind. I've sent a screenshot of by bank statement, my accounts on calm.com, but still. They just don't want to give a refund so I have two accounts for msyself until Jan 2024... Thus, I'll try to stay "calm" until then but be carefull of this company, for a company delivering services around "self-development" they are not customer centric at all.

The automations are great...when they work! I find I'm having to manually reply to a lot of people daily because buttons don't work, random templates that have nothing to do with me get sent. If it was more reliable, it'd get more stars from me.

Ce matin, pour la 3e fois en 5jours, je n'ai pas été livré du Parisien auquel je suis abonné, malgré mes réclamations réitérées.Si il est vrai que ma rue est actuellement interdite aux véhicules en raison de travaux, par contre elle est parfaitement accessible aux piétons, et ma boite à lettres se trouve à moins de 20 m de l'artère principale, le boulevard de Stalingrad.Les prestations laissent vraiment à désirer

So Far the ordering process was smooth sailing. I normally order from Amazon and I decided to try Thrift Books. I created an account which was easy and completing the shipping and payment information was also easy. I will give an update after my son receives the books. Hopefully that will be smooth process shipping to a correctional facility. Stay tuned..
