My experience with G2, I stumbled upon. And THANK GOD I did! G2 is the site that actually impressed me as it leads above its competitors. Why? It's simply because they are honest, generous and efficient in their communication. I have been to many sites and felt I was misled, underpaid and the effort I put in was not worth the return! Plus communication, on most sites, near impossible when needed. G2 is professional . The experience with them has restored my faith!!! Thank You!!!! 😊 G2.

They purposely make it difficult/confusing to cancel a subscription. It tells you that you have to go to an online browser and go into “manage subscription” to cancel, but if you do that it says please go to the app to cancel. It’s a never ending loop. TERRIBLE customer service would not recommend this app to anyone.

My niece sent $1500 to purchased a vehicle from me. The money was taken from her checking account but never made to me. Venmo has not worked with her to help her retrieve her money. It has been two weeks now with no explanation or resolution in sight. I highly advise against using this cash app! I have kept my account open until this matter is resolved and will close it when my niece has her money returned.

LOVE IT. I loooove the magazine and their website. I'm truly a huge fan. Really great read, I always learn something new happening in London and I'm very well informed already. I'm on the lookout for the printed magazine every week, it makes my day. It's nice to have the digital version available as well, especially now during covid when it's more difficult to get a hold of the printed version. Their offers seem amazing as well (though haven't tried them yet). And I love their Time Out markets, I visited the one in Lisbon, truly a must visit for anyone visiting the city.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. From customer service online chat, I was "helped" by guy who took control of my PC to install printer driver. The install failed and the HP rep who was actually with Log me in Rescue, said I had viruses and my IP address was compromised. For $259, he would clean my PC. He hung up when I said I couldn't afford it. Trying to report this suspicious interaction to HP was a nightmare. Took 30 minutes to actually get a person whose English was so bad, I asked for 15 minutes to speak to someone else. Finally the manager asked me for a case number which I was never given. He said it was likely I got hacked. HP has no number online to report fraud (that I could find). To make things even more confusing, HP does use Log me in Rescue, but there is no log of my interactions with the tech support on myHP account. I will never buy another HP product and can see why 91 percent of reviews are only one star.

Not useful at all. I can't tell you how many times I've searched for something, found a BBB profile, clicked on it with the BBB showing an A rating but the actual reviews are starkly different. I've also found ratings that have an F from the BBB but user reviews that are stellar. Seems very inconsistent and questionable based on this type of contradictory rating vs BBB.
