I am being nice by giving them a star, by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No empathy or common sense, just rude inadequate staff. No wonder it’s so poorly thought off, my question is how do they constantly get away with it.

Canva is good for basic tasks such as creating graphics or infographics for example.But when you want to use it for video editing, it slows you down so much.It buffers all the time and is super glitchy when I try to edit video projects that, to be frank, aren't that big.It buffers frequently, it's glitchy, and the video playback isn't an accurate representation of the real thing. When you export the file, the video isn't glitchy at all. I've spent more time than I should video editing because of the waiting around for it to stop buffering/glitching out.It has nothing to do with my PC specs or WiFi either. I've tried both PC and laptop (all with varying specs) on different WiFis and search browsers (Edge/Chrome/Firefox). Same issue every time.To sum up: Canva is good for basic multimedia creation, but terrible for video editing. Use PremierPro for video editing.

Very very bad experience.last month i purchase king size bed and sofa set. Both products delivery got nicely but installation person not visit then they people said me do your self. Sofaset not delivered in good condition so i request to return but till not leftovers. Total cost of matrial are Rs 36311/ Staff also not cooperating .for installation they not send persons give me only Rs 500/ but i paid Rs 1000/. Other items i purchase by Amazon they do installation n service also fast. Very cooperative staff. Flipkart person only talk no action.

Initially, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and refund policy, as my request fell outside the stated refund period. I felt the response was rigid and lacked empathy, especially since I hadn’t used the service.However, after further communication, Jotform reached out to review my request and ultimately issued a refund. I appreciate their willingness to reconsider the situation and provide a resolution. Their follow-up and responsiveness were commendable, showing that they do take customer concerns into account when escalated properly.While I still believe their policies could be more flexible to accommodate unique situations from the start, I do recognize and appreciate the effort they made to resolve my case. Fast replies and eventual resolution improved my experience significantly.Thank you for addressing my concern—I’m updating my rating to 4 stars to reflect the positive outcome.

Today Economist has asked me to renew. For the first time in close to 40 years (access via private or corporate copy) I will probably not. The content is as great as ever but the platform really, really stinks. Surface users like me are treated like second class citizens compared to Apple or Android users. Financial Times can be read offline in the kind of travel situations where I often read. Economist for reasons that totally escape me refuse to introduce the same functionality

Buyer Beware. I would give this company a 0 Star if possible. They sell you a system that does not work as they promise. They say it is a monthly subscription but they bill you annually and will not issue a refund if you decide not to use their product. It became clear early that this was not the right CRM for me. They have no customer service you have to email or they and find their chat box. I have tried to use this product for 2 months and it simply doesn't work for my business. But they refuse to refund the 10 months that remain. I was not told this was an annual contract. They are a very Predatory company with no Ethics. Now I am stuck with a system that I cannot use and a terrible system that does not perform as they said it would. My choice is to file Arbitration. Copper is unscrupulous

I ordered a book from Irish Booksellers. It was described as "New". It took over a month to arrive and was nothing like New. It had water damage, stains on the pages and heavy wear. There is simply no way an honest person could have described it as new. Now, if I want a refund, I have to return it to the USA. But I will lose money on that, have to go to a post office (most around here are closed). More to the point, there are a number of reviews of this bookseller below suggesting I may not get a refund so I will have no book and no refund. I am simply not going to incur the risk and expense of sending a book back in those circumstances. And why should I have to? They should refund my money first (because they sent the wrong thing) and if they want the book back, they should send a courier or a postage-paid envelope and I'd be happy to stick it in a post box.Update: about 2 and a half months after I initially ordered this book, I finally have my money back. This has taken many many emails to the seller and to Abebooks. I do not want to have to invest hours and hours of my time to sort out issues like this when the bookseller was plainly at fault. As a result, I will be very hesitant about ordering from Abebooks in the future.
