I believe Xero is getting employees to write fake, positive reviews. They're so cheesy, it's embarrassing. The FACT is EVERYBODY hates the unwanted updates because they're a definite backward step. Not in the least bit helpful.The new Xero is RUBBISH.

Absolutely horrendous!! I have to wait a whole 30 days to change my phone number. And my account doesn’t allow me to sign in without it. So now I have to wait an entire month just to play. This is ridiculous, it won’t let me change my information even though I know my username and password for my account.. a joke of a company. Fix it Microsoft! Your customers hate it

The last driver was good but one before him He cancelled, I have ordered the ride one day before, He said he could not me. Terrible unpolite man so I will not use Uber to take me to the airport. And will not anyone to suggest it.

Payhip is an excellent website with first class service. At no cost to you, you can publish your ebook, set up Paypal for getting paid, and then send customers directly to your 'store' to make their purchase. Payhip takes a small, but very well-deserved commission.

Fandango advertised anime movie in English language. At the theater it was Japanese with subtitles. Requested a refund and they would not respond to me. I received a standard reply. Email back that did not even address my issues specifically. Will not use fandango ever again.

Worst company ever. How can people rely on them for information? I tried for one month to get a Duns number after paying for expedited service. They asked for more information and sent me a link that ONLY works if you put in your Duns number (ironic - that's what I'm trying to apply for). After emailing and calling for more support, they called to verify me and had the wrong company associated with me (a company I've never heard of). Then they changed my industry code, and I asked them to correct it. I finally get my number and see that it is completely wrong. I called to have them correct it, and I have to fill out a WHOLE new application and wait 15 days. After 6 calls, 3 hour-long chats, I still don't have the report I needed for a large contract due today. Their website sends you in loops and customer service just sends you there not knowing that it doesn't work. Their customer service is bad, their technology is bad and their website is bad.

After more than 15 years as a banking customer (while turning a blind eye to some of the underhand shenanigans in this bank's operations that came to light), I am taking my business elsewhere. It seems this new CEO is all about profit margins and respect for the customer is going downhill as a result. Customer service has been outsourced and calls are now received in the Philippines by staffers who are so poorly trained and incompetent I was incited to shout on the phone for only the second time in my life. The first time was with Airbnb customer service, and I would not be surprised if these staffers are the very same people. They do not know what the hell they are talking about and give nonsensical responses to questions if one is lucky enough to get any response at all. E.g. Q: Why is the balance on X account only Y dollars? A: Friday. I rest my case.

I wish I could give less then one star. I bought a headset h800 it will not stay charged I sent it two support tickets because no one would answer me. The first one came back three weeks later the second one two weeks. All the sent me was a apology and links to faq pages and customer forums. So they left it up to me to fix, these are only a little over a month old so now I have $100 in these headphones twice as much as they are worth. I will never buy another thing from these crooks!
