This hotel brand in Horn Lake MS

When you stay at the Best Western Plus hotel in Horn Lake Mississipi make sure you bring your own towels!!! They have some crazy Policy about towels. I have been staying at this same hotel for over five years and never experienced this Before. I think I’m just gonna stick with the Hilton brand. Calling corporate is a waste of time they will not make it right because these hotels are independently own. This is a really a sad hotel brand!!!

have been using this as my default forecast website for a while. its the met office, so must be good, right? Well, no, its rubbish and am taking it off my device and replacing it with WeatherRadar.Cannot count the number of days I have put on a coat/ not hung out washing / not painted a fence, because it forecast rain, yet its turned out to be a hot dry sunny day.

I made a reservation for 4 nights at…

I made a reservation for 4 nights at the Belazur hotel in Antalya via Agoda. But I made the reservation unintentionally because on their website it was written that you can see the installment option after entering the card information, but it was not like that, they took my money directly from my account. I then canceled my reservation, but they did not refund my 44976 lira on the grounds of hotel policies. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and they approved the cancellation of my reservation made through Agoda about 1 week ago, but Agoda still has not refunded my money, they have worn me out in this process. For 1 week they have not been able to solve the problem and I send an e-mail almost every day. I believe they are stalling me, so we are preparing to file a lawsuit through my lawyers.

Easy to book, venue didn't know we had though

Hi,

Booking was easy and straight forward. We booked a gig (John Butler Trio) at the Brixton O2 academy and they had no record of the booking, I was able be let in with the reference on my mobile but that was only after 10 minutes of confusion.

It didn't become a major problem at all but it would have been nice not to hold up the que.

Kraken Support team are trying to lose customers

Kraken support agents reply with incorrect information in their responses. Recently they have required customers to confirm their identity ( KYC ) and their using "persona" to upload your ID and video selfie. Well, after doing all the necessary steps, it still did not recognise my documents and I was locked out of my account. Upon contacting Kraken support, the first support person says their "devs" are working on it. No reply for 5 days after I write back telling them to unlock my account. Then I'm told by another support person that the selfie was not recognised and can I do it again. Now "person" asks for my ID again, which I already uploaded and for some reson it doesn't recognise my ID and can't take the pic. Then I contact customer support again for the 4th time and the latest person tells me to try on another device and that my address has changed. IT HAS NOT! Been living in the same address for over 5 years. What is going on with Kraken support members? Are they just copy and pastiing replies and not reading what the customer is asking? Are they trying to lose customers, because if they are, they are doing a great job at it! AND, don't even try to call them... there is no answer. Phone lines are closed!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. BEWARE! I needed a wood post replaced on my fence so I went through the HomeAdvisor website and used their fixed price and scheduler tool. I thought $350 was kind of expensive to replace one post but I liked how convenient it was and figured there were plenty of great reviews. I received an email confirmation for the time and cost. I paid using my credit card and submitted more information (pics, etc). On the day of the scheduled task, I received an email from HomeAdvisor with a phone number to reach my contractor. After the scheduled time had passed and still no one showed, I called that number. It re-routed back to HomeAdvisor. The customer service rep (foreign call center) told me that it is Home Advisor's policy to give a temporary false phone number for the contractor and that I should just keep waiting. Why would they not just give me the company name and phone number of the professional that they hired? Why would I keep waiting when they could not even tell me who they hired? This is a scam. BEWARE. DO NOT USE. SCAM!

As a caregiver from the site it’s horrible that the parents get to review us but we can’t review them on their profile says a lot about care.com they are not for the caregivers and that’s upsetting .I’ve had people review me on my profile and I didn’t even work for them because I didn’t answer a message . It goes both ways with how parents do not answer to our messages and we don’t get upset and review them based on that ! I’ve also gotten request to work for them and I messaged them and no response as I need to know if they need me for that day so I can have it free but they don’t respond at all!!! Also there a lot of scammers on the site they need to do something about who gets a profile and have a legit job listing!!!
