Review of expedia
Took a while to find the customer service number (they don't publish on the site, and don't encourage you to call directly). When you finally find the number via google search, the reps are clueless how to help you and not trained. I had one direct me to another department after we struggled through a 20 minute conversation (because he barely understands english) and the phone# of other dept he gave me was disconnected. Expedia is rife with very low reviews across multiple sites; not sure why this isn't being actioned? Are they having financial trouble?

They have slipped a bit in their deal hunting, but are decent. Never book through them, though. Make sure you book on another site not theirs. Their customer service is beyond terrible. A leg of our flight was cancelled and the never told us. We found out when we couldn't check in less than 24 hours before the flight. No one answers the phone. I waited on hold for 90 minutes. The agent was rude and provided no confirmation with the flight change. I waited 4 hours for an email and never got one. Now I'm on hold the night before my flight wondering where my boarding pass is, what my confirmation number is, even. I will NEVER book a reservation directly with Kayak again

I only left 1 star because I had to. I filed in February and have not heard anything. You try to call and its a stupid unhelpful phone system. The system says I'll see if I can transfer you. What a waste of time and energy. All I have is questions and would like human interaction. I've called many times and when my call was actually answered the staff member says oh I don't anything in that department, let me give you the number to call. I recite the number and the response yea that's it. What a joke!!!!!

I had some unique circumstances that required me to get a loan deposited into my brand new Chase checking account for whatever reason it was deemed fraudulent and I have been unable to have access to my checking account and my online account they have not sent me my ATM cards most companies now generate ATM cards within 5 minutes or so I feel as though they have a personal problem with me because I have complained so much so they have my money but I can't have my money they have restricted my account I think that is poor customer service and would not expect to continue to bank their because they are not in customer friendly.I think they may be treating me differently also because I have called so many times on the subject They're after hours customer service is beyond poor If you call Frost Bank here in San Antonio or anywhere else I guess you get a person you can understand who speaks English and also they are customer friendly and go out of their way to help you take care of your money issues. I am very disappointed with the Chase Bank customer service and would not recommend at all there are so many other banks that are willing to treat you reasonably. The giant that is JP Morgan which is the owner of Chase Banks could care less about whether you're happy or not because they are JPMorgan Again poor service take your business elsewhere

It's not right that Yelp allows the scammer to use this photo without permission, which is a violation of my image rights and also spreads false statements. I report to yelp, and they nothing.People just like to twist the fact and put the BS reviews. Yelp become the heaven for evil

I spent weeks earning points on Microsoft Rewards, I have 3,000 points but to redeem it, I have to add a phone number! They already have my email! Why can't they send me an email?! It also says that mobile fees MAY apply, so if I did get charged, the money would be enough to buy me DOUBLE what I want to get on Microsoft Rewards!!! Also, people have been saying the codes don't even work!

We are new to Asana and trying to understand how to integrate this solution into our organization. We can't get responses back from them from either the sales or support teams. Both say it's the others area. They have no customer success management program for current customers and seem focused totally on sales. Based on their financial results, this seems to be a key missing component to their solution.

I previously rated their customer service a 1 of 5 stars but their team reached out to me after my subscription was (wrongly) cancelled and rectified the issue.They were very kind and responded promptly, fixing the technical problem I encountered and extending my subscription to compensate for the error.They really lived up to the brand perception I had of them.Will definitely continue to use thier service.
