Jedi Survivor Update

I have been updating Star Wars: Jedi Survivor (update of 1.33 GB, mine download mbps was 50 on steam but usualy 500kB or 1MB) for 3 and half hrs, first they were searching for update through installed files and this took 1h and then downloading started, what took the most time, and they were veriying files for 30 min. EA solve this problem (you can mark last update for faster download and try to optimize the servers). Thank you for reading this. :)

EA stole my money and refuses to help.

Email support refusing to read case notes, I purchased two games for around 50 euros, whenever I try to contact them about it they refuse to help, nor do they actually read my email of what I did and everything, all they need to do is either send 2 new serial numbers or refund my money asap. Cant get in contact with phone nor chat support since its been unavailable for hours now. I tend not to put my Karen hat on but I would love to do it with this email support, because they are sad excuse for a support. after 11 tickets and last ones had me question if it was a bot or not, I think they are because they are not even reading the top line you write. After 20 years and a buddload of my money down this company I am now done with this, won't buy more of your games, nor will i use any money on any gifts or whatnot. Never have i felt so bad about being a loyal customer throughout so many years.

No second chance for these people.

There’s an old saying that you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. My first impression of Designer Shoe Warehouse is that I will never give them a second look much less a second chance. My first (and only) order was a pair of shoes that any contentious shipper would never have shipped at all. Obviously damaged merchandise, I didn’t look for concealed damage, and they put the crushed box in a plastic bag and sent it out. I know it was damaged before they even bagged it because the missing pieces were not in the bag, which was undamaged. When I took it to a store for the refund they kept the shipping charges and something they call a “fee.” The refund was light by more than $12 on a $50 purchase.

No regard for safety of parcel

The have a very quick delivery service, but don't care about the safety of your delivery or your property.Give them the code to open electric gates, but always too much trouble to close them again when they leave, leaving access to anyone to take your parcel.

I had booked a hotel for 2 nights through your app and the hotel could only locate a booking for one night - and now instead of sorting things out I keep getting the same email about how “you’re checking with your partners and you’ll let me know once you hear from them” for the past 4 days! Why does it take so long to locate a booking I had booked and paid for through your app????

Bunch of limitations in a Vivobook X15 2024

The annoying limitation of the RAM frequency puts the vivobook x15 2024 with i5 1340p after increasing the memory to 40Gb DDR4 on the same level with DDR3 in terms of RAM speed. Sometimes the chokes squeak somewhere under the keyboard. The fan noise during online games is as if I have a loaded reference video card and not a laptop (more than 50 dB). I don’t understand why people like Asus except for OLED screens. Oh yeah, the battery in a laptop without a dedicated video card with a processor that easily consumes 50-60 W, do you know what it is? 42Wh (Watt*hour)! This is 40 minutes of operation under load, given that this laptop is not a gaming laptop! I don’t understand why it is called a laptop if in fact there is almost no portability. I can't understand why it costs $800 at local shops. I switched to Xiaomi Redmibook 16 Pro 2025 and so far so good, no such silly problems like with Vivobook X15.

Review of WordPress

I was under the impression that I could…

I was under the impression that I could make a living blogging using Wordpress and utilizing it's advertising. Instead, within a couple of weeks of activating it, my Google AdWords account was disabled. I had no idea what I had done wrong. I tried multiple times to appeal it, only to be ignored. Using just WordAds alone, after a year, and after spending over $300 on your business plan website, I made only about one dollar, which I am told, I cannot even receive because I have to reach a minimum payout of at least $10. I searched the internet frantically for AdSense alternatives, only to find that Google has a monopoly on all internet advertising. Google blacklisted my site when I installed other ad services, so I had to remove all of them. I tried setting up a paid memberships section using paid memberships pro, only to again be totally disappointed. I spent a lot of money, time, and energy teaching myself how to use WordPress only to only ultimately have to close down my site after about a year having made literally no money. It is absurd that there are not better options for monetization. We, the vloggers, bloggers, podcasters, etc. produce the content from which your company, and others, profit. We see next to nothing for a return on our investment. I never would have spent the $300 for the WordPress business plan had I known that I would not make any real money from the site. I've switched over to other platforms that, at least they claim, will actually pay producers for the content we create. If WordPress, and other companies, do not rapidly move in exactly that direction, more people will stop using your platforms. What's even more infuriating is everyone's obsession with SEO. Never mind the quality of the content produced, be it writing, music, videos, podcasts, etc. The only thing anyone is concerned about is SEO which is why the Internet is filled with poorly written, poorly produced, low quality, least common denominator, content. In other words, crap.

Review of vrbo

Completely unprofessional &…

Completely unprofessional & incompetent. My reservation has been Double booked by the host, I have been refused a full refund and will only be receiving 50% of which I have paid. Complete inconvenience to my family summer plans and possibly the worst customer service I have received in many years, from both Vbro & the “host”. Will never book again and will defiantly be spreading the word. DO NOT BOOK.

Review of vrbo

I am a host who has also had enough of…

I am a host who has also had enough of VRBO/Abritel. I had a lot of problems when I first tried to advertise my accommodation, From it not showing on searches on their site, which is still hit and miss and ongoing problems with uploading photos and what I can and can't write..... recently I have an issue which I can relate to many of the customer reviews about cancellations but from a host perspective. I use the vrbo app to manage my property and bookings. I had blocked all of August as I had bookings through other websites, then out of the blue I get an immediate booking for 3 nights in August! I check my ap, all is blocked, so how can this happen? For some reason I thought I'll do a Google search for vrbos site and log in that way. To my dismay there was a blank calendar with full availability and now this poor persons booking. Unfortunately I had to immediately cancel the booking and confirm a full refund, apologising profusely for vrbos mistake. Now a week later I get an automated email saying my site is suspended because of marketplace violation! Enraged I look to contact vrbo, the waste of time chat bot doesn't like what I'm referring to so cuts me off, there is no email address to complain to and I'm certainly not paying to phone them from France to the UK.. I don't know what's going on but something stinks on host and travellers perspective.. steer clear, a lot of rival booking agents are much better... I have now cancelled my account with all vrbo sites.

Nothing

What has gone right, not a single thing. This system is a failure and our entire staff of 500+ feel like we were sold a lemon from a shady used car salesman. Our company has now made the news and I'm sure the lawsuits have started. I'm just a little person within the company and have no say but I have been here for 9 yrs and for the first time, I hate coming to work having to deal with this crap of a system.
