I have both calls and chat recorded. I ceases to amaze me on how Amazon scams their customers during end of Quarter. June 2025 is no exception!Check your reorders and subscriptions, they may have been changed like with me.I locked my cards so Amazon was unable to charge me, despite locking cancelation out, using reasons items shipped when they did not. Amazon NEVER ships until the money is in their hands. All orders I recorded and snapshot, so their modified webmail invoices wont fool anyone. .I went to order medical supplies early on a reorder button that clearly showed purchased 4 times and 27 times. What was on past invoices was upsetting, because they reflected items I never bought in the first place. Amazon just swapped them with different items. For example, 1.5" medical tape was turned into 1.0". 4" foam bandages changed to 4" gauze. It's bait and switch on a new level. It's still illegal, and Amazons excuse for swapping my order "Prices change, so we change out items. If you don't want what we shipped, send it back!"This isn't candy or a toy. These are NEEDED medical supplies for cancer patients, that Amazon has no business modifying. This is why my county and state, refuse to let Amazon run pharmacys in. Imagine having a prescription changed by Amazon without doctors approval? Well, then again if they decide to swap out a 6 months supply of Tylenol with Vicodin, they wont get a complaint from me or Doctor House. All joking aside, Amazon pays fines annually for bait and switch. It's obvious those fines do nothing or they wouldn't keep doing this.No business should ever get away with tampering with medical orders.

I have a very bad experience with Ulta beauty online service. It's been more than 2 months still I haven't received my package. I paid $532 for one of their product. I lost my money, customer service experience is very rude and they don't even responds to calls and emails. I have sent them 100 mails still there is no response from them.
