I paid for a upgrade costing over $200+ US so i could have meeting longer than 40 minutes however the upgrade didn't work i placed a support request and nearly 4 weeks later with several emails and providing the same info still not fixed they claimed i did the upgrade on another email which is impossible as that email is non existent. i have suggested several times that they have a meeting so we can fix the issue and they wont. why wouldn't you use your own product to be more proactive and efficient in resolving issues/complaints. poor service poor processes. i will look at another business to provide what i need and could not recommend due to lack of after-sales care.

I have been learning Spanish for many years now on the FREE App. Now I have to buy Hearts to continue?I live in Mexico and understand the language well but the people who pronounce words on the site are terrible. I think they do that so you fail and have to buy a plan ! I am deleting the App.

I got the propel card (based on GOOD credit). I made a large payment on the card, then tried to use it two days later. My card was declined. I called and they said because it is a newer account, I have to provide screenshots of my bank statement before AND after the payment was made to get the money released on my account, or I have to wait over a week for it to fully post. My money is now in limbo and I have done nothing wrong. Ridiculous!

I joined to support World Drum Club. I appreciate what Kalani offers. However, several months later, I wanted to end my membership. WEll guess what the cancel membership link doesn't cancel anything. It takes you to their 4 tiers of membership. So, one is caught in an eternal loop. I have reached out and get nothing but a step by step description of how to do what I have already done.Guess I'll have to block the payment through my credit card. This is ridiculous!! Don't get a membership!

I do mystery shopping for nine different mystery shopping companies. This is, by far, the worst. Their instructions seem to be straightforward and no matter how absolutely correct my answers are, they always find something to mark down. It is extremely frustrating especially when the other mystery companies routinely give me the highest grade possible. It’s just not feasible that I could do an excellent job for 8 companies and yet Ipsos can find something wrong with the easiest mystery shop available. I have stopped doing mystery shops for them for that very reason.

Absolutely disgraceful, booked with get your guide to see Crumlin prison over in Belfast on 4th March got flights over there , only to be emailed just as we turn up to our booking cancelling , complained to get your guide who offered to reimburse for the flights , so we sent them all the proof , they agreed to refund we sent them bank details to then be told it would take 5 weeks for the money to hit our bank , 5 weeks past nothing , emailed customer services finally got a response they showed us proof it was sent only issued a week before the 5 week deadline , the. Because we continued to push customer service then it apparently was that there was an issue with the bank details , so if we hadn’t contacted them they wouldn’t have contacted us , so now face the. Different bank details and told yet another 5 weeks past nothing, this is beyond ridiculous now , I have made a complaint , made several phone calls and emails now being ignored disgusting service and have now raised a complaint regarding the original complaint.

Fotor charged me a subscription fee after a free trial even though I cancelled the subscription on the very first day the free trial began. Their customer service is refusing to provide a refund because they claim I never cancelled it even though I definitely did. Also, the photo editing services are quite abysmal and not worth paying for. The face swap didn’t seem to actually use the images provided and instead composited other images similar to the ones I uploaded. A total waste of time and I suspect they’re also a bit dodgy. Avoid.

I have worked in FS for 5 years and LOVED it- Now that they have combined all data from everyone's trees, my work is absolutely worthless- This has been HEARTBREAKING. I read somewhere that "everyone makes mistakes , and to "politely explain to the other person their error." this would be nice if it was a single new mistake.. But now I have 20 other people's info, full of errors- some have posted names of LIVING persons... attached totally incorrect sources with comparing dates, geography etc, It is NOT one person- It is 10s of people being sloppy in their work.. and I am not, have not been a perfectionist BECAUSE it was MY tree and I can continue to add sources when I find them, and fix my own mistake.. Once again, I am HEARTBROKEN
