My account has been hacked and then blocked.Worth billions, but they don't have a real contact us department. My account was with them since the beginning, over 20 years of memories that they just flushed down the pipe. During this time, dramatic changes happen, and I would really love to get back at least my pics...they don't care. Should be some legal stuff with all the people at the start of the company, cause we all get the same. They will stomp on your life memories that you trust them with...And you will lose them all.At least a way to download them back ...they don't care.Watch out people!

Online order from krogers, app said my order was delivered, but I never received it. Spoke to customer service after on the phone for over 30 minutes and was told my order was cancelled. Will not get a refund between 7 to 10 working days. If I was never charged, why should I wait for a refund. Unacceptable! Advice, please read the reviews before ordering from krogers.

Extremely Disappointed with ASUS – Terrible Customer Support and Dealer Fraud

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with ASUS, both in terms of product quality and customer support. I purchased an ASUS TUF A15 laptop in April 2023 for my studies and work, investing everything I had—this included borrowing money and using funds reserved for medical expenses. Within just three months, the laptop developed a serious latency issue, requiring me to press the power button for 1-2 minutes to get it to turn on. As the issue worsened, I reached out to the authorized dealer in Sri Lanka for repairs.This is where the real nightmare began. The dealer returned the laptop multiple times claiming that ASUS refused the warranty repair due to "physical damage" to the USB port—a claim for which they provided no evidence. Despite my efforts to get this issue resolved, the dealer continued to blame ASUS, and the laptop remained broken. I was without a functional laptop for months, which severely impacted my studies, my freelance work, and my family’s financial situation.I raised multiple complaints with ASUS, attaching all the necessary evidence, including video proof and records of the dealer’s fraudulent activities, but I received no meaningful support. It’s been months, and I still don’t have a resolution.This has been an incredibly stressful and heartbreaking experience. I invested in ASUS because of its reputation, but my trust has been completely shattered. ASUS has not only failed to provide a quality product but also failed to address a clear case of fraudulent behavior from one of their dealers.I’m leaving this 1-star review because of:Unresponsive and ineffective customer supportFailure to resolve product issues during the warranty periodDealer fraud and lack of accountabilityFinancial and emotional strain this entire experience has causedI strongly advise against purchasing ASUS products unless they make significant improvements in their customer support and service centers. I hope ASUS takes these issues seriously and works to improve its support systems for the sake of future customers.

You have to pay money for Hulu and there is a ton of commercials. They are often and several at a time. Tubi is completely free and doesn't even have half the ads and way more things to watch!

Facebook is terrible

Facebook is terrible and they treat people with lost pets like trash. They won't allow me to post my missing pet because they accused me of having two FBs when I did not. I could not access one and they were notified of this this why they allowed me to create another one. Instead disconnecting the one I could not access. They took both of them away so I could no longer check for my missing pet. We need to eliminate Facebook from use in the US; because it is a fraud based company. Thanks to the old bag name Alison Page who reported me for having two facebooks, they did not do their research when she reported me. So I was unable to find my missing pet. Facebook Losers. Go to the dirt Facebook you scam site!

Terrible Customer Service and Products

I purchased a 2 flush valve toilet from Lowes, their brand, back in the fall. One of the valves was broken so I contacted them to get a replacement. It's now June and they still don't have a solution as how to fix it. they offered to replace the toilet, which would mean I would have to pay again for someone to take away the old one and install the new one (They said they wouldn't cover this). They told me today I would have to contact the manufacturer because it was now out of warranty. I suggested they give me a discount. I was on hold for over an hour while the CSR tried to get someone to approve this, which never happened. I am waiting yet again for a return call. STAY AWAY FROM LOWES. THEY HAVE GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF PRODUCTS. I have given them chance after chance only to get burned.
