Muhammad was extremely patient and helpful. He went through each and everything to resolve the issue. Although my Internet connection was running slow and I was making some mistakes but still he didn't let me feel for a second. In general I always get excellent customer service.Keep it up team.

Had to go through there AI system twice. each time providing the information they asked for. Then wait 20 minutes to get a human being. Then phone will go blank. They lie saying they will try yo fix problem. I would not use Booking.Com. There customer service is terrible.!!!

The onboarding process looked good and my accountant set up many things for me. I know she is there but when I try to use different modules, I sometimes really found it less user friendly. I guess there is somewhat room for improvement but other than that I found it good and recommended.

A disabled child's suicide attempt after being placed by a private school into A Levels when the child never even passed high school GCSE equivalences in her own country and limited English language skills was the contents of a SAR by a parent wanting to know if the Independent School Inspectorafe inspectors were notified in an inspection that failed the school. As there was no mention of it in their inspection report . The Schools Chief Operating officer lied said no documents were hidden but evaded disclosure of the actual document. The ISI legal director already refuted it but they too did nothing. The ICO case worker called the school who admitted they never disclosed it which proved for the second time the school lied to the parent even though she already had rebuttal emails. So a false SAR hiding a suicide attempt to the parent a GP. Is allowed to be buried by the ICO abd swept under the carpet. Now the school is refusing to disclose the document recording the suicide but who in its leadership authorised the suicide attempt to be hidden which would make a bad inspection worse. As also expected the Inspectorate also won't ask and have tried to bury this. But the ICO caseworker writes to the parent a mother and GP for 25 years. The case worker thinks wanting to know and have disclosure as to documentation as to who at the school management authorised that they witheld her daughters suicide attempt is asking for a 'complete solution' by the parent wanting the document recording her daughters suicide attempt, and the risk assessment and who at the top of the school authorised it shoukd be hidden from the 5 inspectors after it was escalated to the headmaster. The case worker knew from her own call to the school they lied in a SAR but also had the rebuttal email from the Inspectorates head of legal they were never advised. And what did the ICO case worker do. Nothing no enforcement no sanction no action when records are lost.. but tells the parent they don't offer 'complete solutions',Those were the case workers actual words and they do nothing. The school leadership authorised it to be hidden from the inspection by 5 inspectors that should have made a bad inspection terrible if known. Corrupt and useless.

Received my home delivery moments ago. Every single time I enjoy placing an order from my recliner, the food all arrives fresh, the produce beautiful, the frozen still frozen, with rarely a substitution. I get a text if they're out of anything, can choose if I want something replaced. The drivers are really kind and energetic, always on time to date. Our order comes from San Antonio. I hope everyone has this great experience. It's hard to beat.

This is my first Trustpilot review, because I just had to add to all the others warning of the £9 return fee. Absolutely extortionate, especially when sister company Hollister offer the service for free! Well done A&F, another customer lost.

The pickup service I requested from Lanarca airport, organised by Northern Travel, was a disaster. I had specifically asked where exactly the driver would be waiting [often there are several exits at Arrivals], and what he would be showing to identify himself and to show that he was waiting for me in particular. What happened was this: no driver arrived. I ran the gamut of about 20 taxi drivers standing at both exits [with my heavy luggage, which had to be put down every time]. It seems to be the habit there that they only show their mobiles and one cannot of course read the text unless one is very close. So i had to ask each and every one whether he was waiting for me. As the drivers changed – they came and went with different arrivals – I had to repeat this pleasurable exercise over and over again. No driver. I called the number given to me by my UK travel agent who is represented by Northern Travel. They had told me it would be a whatsapp number - it was not. I had to make an international call. Northern Travel was very laissez-faire, they just told me the driver would eventually turn up, I should just ‘stay there’. I explained where I was waiting and how I looked like but I had the feeling they didn’t take anything in/ down. About 90 min after my arrival at the airport, I received a phone call from someone very irritated, asking where I was. It was the driver from Northern Travel who claimed he had been there for an hour and was just about to drive off home. He then sped ahead to his car – I struggling behind with my luggage trying not to lose him from sight. It turned out that: 1. Northern Travel drivers never carry a sign to identify themselves [contrary to the information given to me], they only carry their mobile 2. They make no attempt whatsover to approach potential customers [they know the number and gender of the persons they expect, and if they do not carry identification signs it should be expected that they are somewhat proactive in finding them] 3. Northern Travel had called had not relayed my information to him, so in fact he did not even know I had arrived, much less where I was waiting and how I looked. 4. The driver, still irritable made it quite clear that he thought it was my fault that he had not found me. Altogether, a most unpleasant, very stressful and worrying experience, which made me arrive late, and which was a bad start to my trip.
