WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!from placing the order to getting my order I had nothing but problems with this company. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. 1 month after purchase i still have not received a call back or response. My washing machine got lost (stolen more like) Do yourselves a favour and use AO.com. Avoid this pitiful company. Just take a look at their reviews, I wish I had.

This is about HomeAdvisor.com, Angie's List as well as Handyman.com as they all worked together and I believe Angie's List merged with or acquired Home Advisor.I was told twice in the past week that a booking was scheduled for a plumber/handyman to come out to my house to install a sink. The first time the appt. was cancelled/postponed by HomeAdvisor.com a couple hours before person was scheduled to arrive. Today, which is the day the appt. was rescheduled, I was given a name of the person performing the repair but he was a no show. Voice mail for him was "full" and he didn't return a text message. And worse yet, when I called Home Advisor to ask that they contact him, they told me they have no way to contact the repair person. Are you kidding me? The time wasted that I could have used finding someone competent was despicable enough on its own.

I receive update notifications on any out-of-the ordinary incident. I was immediately alerted when my car loan was paid off and when I applied to have a major home repair completed and the service provider couldn’t check my credit report because it was locked. Thank you for being such an efficient service.

I ordered an item as a gift a week ago. It said shipping would take 3-5. I never received tracking information and now it’s a week later and no item. When I reached out to customer service they offered to re-ship the order but at this point it will not make it on time. I didn’t get a response on tracking which leads me to believe my package never shipped and no offer for a refund.

As a longtime conservative listener I am disheartened as of late. Fox News seems to be ignoring information and news coming out of the Senate investigative panel. For January 6th. I never believed much of what I saw in the mainstream media because I know they lie incessantly. So it's always difficult to tell whether or not what they're telling you is true or not. But as of late Fox doesn't even report what clearly is news. So they are no worse and no better than the mainstream media when it comes to giving you news and information so that we can be informed citizens. I'll no longer be watching Tucker Carlson cuz he has gone over the edge with his denials that President Trump played no part in January 6th. He is either a complete fool or a liar. Either way I'll be shopping around for my news source. CNN seems to be coming around.

The background music overwhelms reporters' words and extremely annoying. Much worse late at night and on weekends. For the most part, I like Kudlow and Vaurney. Too many commercials. Wish it was straight news/commentary.

absolutely shocked how bad their customer service is and I was planning to join them. phoned 100 times kept saying call before 6 pm and it was in the middle of the day. all I wanted was some basic information about it and they sent me around hoops and still no answer. email them they say as you are the UK please call this number after I had already told them I have tried phoning them 100 times before without speaking to anyone. any way im now with a square space not as nice looking but great customer service and that wins hands down.
