Disney has gone downhill

Let me start this review by saying this was my 15th trip to Disney staying 10+ days. I love the past experiences at the resort but this time was less than stellar. Everything from rude staff to late for reservations due to transportation and then being charged for issue. This time I stayed at pop century I had multiple rooms because I had 13 people with me ( no other resort could accommodate so I had to settle) day 1 transportation issue ( we arrived 1hr early to avoid problems) bus arrived loaded the 7 people that where there and then proceeded to wait until the bus filled up stating he was told to do so. This caused me to be late for our reservation which when we arrived they had given away our table and we had to wait an additional hr to get seated. When I explained what happened they where rude and basically told me to suck it up. I have come to the realization Disney haas become nothing more than a theme park and customers are just dollar signs. If you stay at a value resort such as pop you get less than par service for transportation, even your toilet paper is less than par. We lost several reservations due to transportation issues, when you spend $12000+ on a vacation you do expect a level of hospitality. I spent more and got less than a couple who stayed at the Caribbean . I would not nor will I ever again refer anyone to this company you get more bang for your buck at 6 flags and the staff actually treats you with dignity.Update:After leaving this review and expressing my dissatisfaction directly to the company, you would have thought someone would have reached out to at least talk to me after all I have spent well over $70000 vacationing at Disney but no my initial thought was correct they don’t care about the customer it has become a soulless place where the $$$ is all they care about. Looks like I will try my hand at universal and a few others in the area… so sad you would have thought an attempt would have been made.

Ordered a TV

Ordered a TV, It was broken when I opened it. Amazon was happy to collect it and then give me a refund. I ordered another TV at great expense not having had a refund yet for the first. It never arrived, it was stuck in the delivery depot for 10 days so I cancelled that one. Now they owe me for 2 TVs!! Failed to pick up the first TV when they said, charged me £50 for cancelling the second TV. So far Im nearly £1000 out of pocket and no TV. I am sure they will sort it out but its left me pretty skint.

Spoke with the rudest customer service lady EVER at Phillips. She screamed down the phone at me because I told her that ink rolls for our fax machine are totally unavailable (this after she told me the 'compatible' version was the reason our fax won't work. Her name was Sarah. She reeled off a dozen or so names of retailers she swore stocked these fax rolls. I checked. None of them actually had them no matter what their Google hit said. Trouble with the company and their crap products is you just know they don't care.

Disgraceful practice charging fees to reply

As others have said I was horrified that I would incur at least £1 charge to reply to confirm a booking. At least my phone warned me before I responded! However, it leaves you in a quandary as to whether the restaurant will still honour your booking if you don't reply. I am currently trying to contact the restaurant by phone but strangely there's no reply.........

I wish I could give a minus star rating. Absolutely appalling customer service, took 5 minutes just for the customer service rep to get my name right - The direct debit for renewal came out even after i had called a few months ago to cancel it, rang for a refund & when I tried to get the refund they kept trying to sell me it back at lower cost until I basically shouted at them to listen to me, I didn't a subscription and asked again for my refund !

They just lie about delivery times

They just lie about delivery times. AVOIDedit/respond to the reply. So you left out a major detail in your reply. The delivery notification was never updated to the next day, it just kept moving further down in time. It said it would be delivered in 30 minutes, then 30 minutes would pass and then it would change the delivery time. I wasted my entire day waiting for this delivery. Very dissapointing

I ordered a Samsung dryer from bol.com vie atheir partner Home BestBuy on 9 June. They delivered the wrong cheaper model. Since then, four pickup appointments were scheduled, and nobody showed up—not even a cancellation notice. Bol.com blames their partner, but I bought it on their platform, and they take no real responsibility. No refund. No pickup. No solution. I consider this as a scum where both bol and their partner collectively participate.Totally unprofessional. Avoid ordering through bol.com! I think it is the absolutely terrible company!

From Good to Horrible

I use to be an HP customer but after their shocking policy changes to the HP Instant Ink subscription. I will never be buying, using or recommending any of their products. I cancelled my subscription and was informed that my “request” was approved?! Then they inform me that my subscription ends on the 8th of Jan but will be charging me one final billing cycle from 9th -13th of Jan?! To add salt to the wound, they state if I print any pages during this time I will incur additional fees. Greedy money making scheme. Never have I subscribed to anything that requires one “final bill” after the last day of a subscription.
