I own the physical copy of a video game and pay for an online subscription (Gold) through xbox. When Microsoft introduced a new online subscription service (Game Pass), which I was somehow signed up for (probably my error). I cancelled the second service (Game Pass), and they uninstalled my game and I no longer have access to it. Now they want twice the amount of money for the second service! Not only is that price gouging, but I don't understand how they can block me from something I physically own and pay a subscription service (Gold) for, simply because it's not the service they prefer me to use...?

Sometimes went too far but good fodder for debate, and not just acceptance of what the Government would like you to think. Was strong on waste and taxation, Fat-Cat Brussels salaries and critical of Cameron's failure to influence Europe on immigration.

I wired money from my WF checking account to my UK account on December 6th and it never arrived. WF has opened up a "claim ticket" which is no consolation since the funds were for a specific purpose. Direct Messaging Wells Fargo on Twitter was helpful since I communicated with a live person and not a virtual assistant bot. Three weeks later I still have no answers and no funds. I'm very disappointed.

Having been buying items from Newegg for over 15 years. But, recently, their customer services is very much lacking to say the least. Nowadays, sometimes, I do buy computer hardware and parts from Newegg in order to do my part in averting the massive concentration of power on a single online retailer; in this case, Amazon – even if some times, I may have to wait a little bit longer by buying at Newegg. But, as things stand, it seems that Amazon is the only game in town -- packages often arrive in one or two days (sometimes on the same day of placing an order), and they have excellent customer service – if anything is amiss, the take care of the problem. Concerning my last order with Neweegg (almost two weeks ago). There is no tracking information (tracking information incomplete, simply showing that package was not delivery and I have not received anything by any carrier; neither does UPS or USPS shows any type delivery date or delivery confirmation (package should have arrived almost a week ago, according to newegg and with UPS’ initial information [which has changed]). I paid for the items and should have received them several days ago and have received nothing. I could wait for a few extra days (sometimes things happen), but that is too much already. Their customer service is non-existent or difficult to reach.Newegg is no more, never going to buy anything from Newegg again. It is sad though, that there is only one game in town nowadays when it comes to reliably buying computer hardware, parts and accessories online.

I booked an event with a confirmed coupon code. When the discounted price was not honored, I reached out to customer service and provided screenshot evidence of the “applied coupon” and “price adjustment” shown on the check out page. They were unable to honor the minimal price adjustment and said the coupon was no longer valid. After providing the screenshot evidence and asked if they would be willing to grant a courtesy credit to my account at the least, they declined. I feel that their response was unprofessional in the handling of my situation. It may cause future hesitation for utilizing their services. This was a clear technical error in their system that I would have handled in a more proactive manner to ensure my clients feel comfortable using the platform for future transactions.

I have ADHD and rely on my Pixel 7 Pro to organise my life. the screen over 1 of the 3 cameras cracked leaving a serrated edge-very dangerous. I contacted there customer services who said it's a common fault. they repeatedly asked me for photos by the 3rd time I refused to send them again. They called me when I was on the way to the dentist. They have no UK call centre or stores. I had a problem with a Samsung phone before and their customer service was excellent.Google are happy to make profits in the UK but treat loyal customers with contempt.
