I turned off auto-renewal for my domain — 100% certain. Despite that, you charged me anyway. This is NOT the first time this has happened with your service. I'm sick of it.I don’t want this domain. I don’t want your service. And your site makes it nearly impossible to contact an actual person — just a maze of useless FAQs and broken help paths.This is shady, predatory billing. If someone disables auto-renewal, that should mean something. Your system is either broken or designed to screw people over.

Due to the rainfall in UAE, our flight on 18th April got delayed several times and then cancelled with no explanation or information. Then the next TWO DAYS we had to spend in queues to get a flight rebooked, we spend 9 hours in a line without getting to the front. We left the queue after being told to go to a gate to catch a flight to our desitnation, 50+ people who hoped to get on were there. The flight was double booked already so not a single person was able to get on and were told just go back in line. We did manage to get a flight and they didn't put our luggage in that flight and its still pending to be found/shipped.Parents with children and elderly were not taken care of. There was even a demented lady that lost her caregiver, passengers took care of her both the airline, Airport and police did nothing for hours! People fainted and again passengers helped no one working there until very late.There was no food, water being supplied for hours, this was already on the 18th several days after the event how is it possible the airline and airport were not prepared for this at all...Absolutely appalling Performance from Emirates, as well as the airport and especially their management. I can't fault the crew as much as they were overworked, tired and tried their best. Their management should really resign.I do wanna say that several crew worked overtime, did try to help and they absolutely deserve praise and a raise.

Have had McAfee for around a month. Thought it worked ok. But then one day my search engine changed to Yahoo?? Yes, thats right. Apparently there is a "safe search" whatever function in McAfee. My PC seems slower after that(my feelings). BUT WHY WOULD ANYONE choose a Yahoo search engine over Google(please can someone come with a good argument)??? Really weird and I really cant see why another engine should be more secure...Somehow it just made me feel a lot more insecure...really really bad move from McAfee. Now I dont know if somehting else has installed on my pc and I believe I should feel safe using a antivirus, malware program, not the opposite. I guess it is back to Norton.From: McAfees support "NOTE: You can prevent this change to Yahoo! by deselecting the checkbox in this message that periodically appears." What - so I can only change something periodically.

Dreadful service. I had a card clash and tried to get a refund online, but they only offered half the money back. So I emailed, and emailed and emailed. Six emails later they are still asking me to register the card so they can proceed. The card was registered before I made the refund request. Just the same excuse to avoid refunding people. This is now 2 weeks and no refund or progress. Where do I go from here?

My home oven broke so I ordered a countertop oven for pickup. So many issues but the worst was how rude customer service was. Not only did they not help he also cut me off and ended the chat abruptly. I took screenshots of the end of the chat too. That’s target for a wonderful holiday.

I have a wrong reference and wanted to delete it. Surprisingly IMDb claim it’s so easy to edit my own data, especially because I added it myself. Now I’m being patronised by Amazon who refuses to remove the reference claiming that they assessed it to be factual, even though both the producer and I tried to undo it. Also as an eu citizen I asked to be forgotten in compliance with GDPR but now they give me the silence treatment. It’s a bad company with a terrible business moral. Also there are no human service desk.

Terrible platform. Not user friendly, highlighting does not always work. Speech is basic and reads copyright words on every page which is disconcerting when trying to study content. Very expensive books. Bookshelf is a much better platform. I had no choice because Uni uses the book and it is a monopoly if you want an ebook. I shall be providing this feedback to Uni perhaps they can use a different book for future students. Very poor platform.
