BEWARE!! Worst customer service! I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T, thinking it would be better. I was stopped at a target and had a discussion with an AT&T representative and decided to switch. I had problems setting up my phone. I have had to call customer service many times, but it is practically impossible to get to a real person. When you call, there are a few prompts, but none of them connect to an actual representative or cover common issues. The wait time to talkto a representative is at least an hour. I have waited for an hour and a half. furthermore, they will not stand by their product. I discovered that I had no wireless service at home whereas I had had With T-mobile. T-mobile gave me a signal booster that worked, free of charge. However, AT&T said I would have to pay $239 for one. I asked for a free landline. This is a safety issue.ridiculous. In contrast, T-mobile‘s customer service is incredible. I wish I had stayed. Furthermore, I work at a company that sells phones and offers to connect those phones to whatever carrier someone decides (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon). from now on, I will steer customers away from AT&T.
