THE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!! I swear eBay or wish has better customer service. I bought some shoes like 78 years ago and still haven’t gotten them basically that’s my time line. Any company Macy’s, Anthropologie, banana republic even FOREVER 21 will get you your order with 5-7 business days... DSW????? They’ll take maybe 2 months if your fortunate. Horrible.. whats a worse word for that? Catastrophic? Worse.... can’t think of one.. the one store I would absolutely never shop at. I am not ever one of those costumers that complains just because there’s a scuff or if they mess up my order or anything... I work in retail I try to be nice with any company because there should be room for human error but this???? Throw it all away along with 2020.

This website is great to learn chess and play with the other but :-if you don't pay a subscription you are likely to play with the computer instead other chess human players -they always keep your rating down if you don't pay subscription with fake human players -if you don't pay subscription you'll have the timer " adjusted "-You are always at risk to be swore by someone else Apart of these is a great website !!!

Watch out for really small print.Worst booking experience and I have been traveling 50 years. I received a confirmation email at 9:30 pm and went to bed .In the morning I received a second "new message" stating clearly for the first time that the reservation you booked is nonrefundable. I was booking 2 months in advance. I have never and would never make such a booking. Second email also stated for the first time that no one would be on premises overnight.There is no email or person at booking.com and the cancellation tab only says Sorry. Eventually found a way to recoup only fees and taxes. I called hotel 3 times and only got "sorry". Went back and saw the first email said "You can cancel FOR FREE until date. This was in small print and buried. Date was 24 hours from day before.Why 2 emails? Why subterfuge? Why no recourse? Why is Cabrillo Inn in Santa Barbara getting paid twice for that room. I had no trouble booking another room in Santa Barbara with a 48 hr cancellation policy AND people on premises overnight

When I upgraded my 4 phones somehow it was switched so that 3 lines were personal and 1 line was business. I call every month for a year to get it fixed and am told each time that it will be fixed so that all the lines are on personal so that way I get a multi line discount. The lines have never been fixed and the loyalty department sends me to the billing department to get my money reimbursed the billing department sends me to the loyalty department to get reimbursed. Nothing gets done. I have spent hours trying to get it fixed and no one can help. It's a scam. Instead of fixing the problems they added watches to my bill. I didn't get the watches and the lines were never transferred. Worst company in the world.

Have watched this organisation degenerate into an agenda ridden disgrace, it was once a respected news outlet that was reliable, impartial & fair, all of the things it is no longer, its juvenile in its presentation style & openly selective in what and how it reports certain news items, items covered on other channels are not covered by this shadow of a journalistic setup. Its become very arrogant and high handed in its style & is gradually losing touch with the majority of people, not that it bothers the bbc.

I am of disbelief that a company with such awful customer service and shoddy processes exist, 1 star is an extremely kind rating. Our booking which slept 12 people was double booked and we didn't find out until we were nearly at the property. We phoned the host who advised there was already a family in the property. After speaking with VRBO who offered no assistance, no support and had no empathy for the situation, 12 people were left with no where to go. We are still waiting on a refund from VRBO weeks later even though this wasn't our error and it quite frankly ruined a birthday weekend. If you want to be disappointed, disheartened and out of pocket then VRBO is the company for you.

I spoke to Chad #132811 and Supervisor John about my recent trip on Harmony of the Sea's. I am not feeling well after the trip and have some minor pain. I do have a cough but it could be from allergies? They also changed the itinerary completely from the western Caribbean to Eastern. They updated my girlfriend and I on this at the Muster drill with no way of us leaving the boat. My elderly mother had a surprise flight booked to meet me in Puerto Rico which we never showed up. Royal Caribbean has done NOTHING to help with this and my poor mother has been crying over it for the last week. She was going to see her only son on his 30th Birthday and she was not able to. Now she is out $2000 for her flight and hotel and felt destroyed she was not able to see her only boy on his birthday. Shame on you Royal Caribbean, shame on you. 2 hours on the phone with Royal Caribbean and the best they could do was say "sorry". I told them I was not looking for much, maybe a discounted cruise for my mother to make her smile again.

My husband brought me a gingerbread house charm for Christmas along with other charms the charm has a candy stick on the roof which catches on clothes making holes in tops an jumpers. I Emailed Pandora asking if I could exchange it or refund. The response was I can only exchange if its new and unused. How can I know that there is a problem with the product hence I will never buy another product from this company shocking customer service

The support team is amazing, although you have to work EXTREMELY hard and be a talented artist to have decent earnings there.99designs saved me from poverty in a city where there was NO WORK because of a terrorist attack. You don't know how much gratitude I have for this chance in my life. It boosted my career and let me expose my talent. Here are few things I would advise:for designers: be honest, don't steal and learn english. for clients: go for guaranteed gold or platinum option, you will get a TON of great designs. If your budget is tight, hire a TOP LEVEL designer directly through 1-1 project.

Absolutely disgusting staff attitude appalling they stand and talk about you when there serving you and even manger laughs and goes along with staff disgusting behaviour for a named store obviously there’s no staff training on attitude all it must be is how much make up to wear! Thought this was a decent shop spent a lot in the Newcastle store but never again, Victoria secret needs to train there staff with respect, vile rude arrogant staff.

I recently purchased a Wordpress theme for whom I was building a website. Before I purchased the theme, I performed my due diligence: 1. I looked at the availability of documentation, 2. I looked at the reviews of the theme.3. I looked at the comments made by other people.This ensures a safe purchasing experience for buyers. However, there is a loophole in this system allows product authors to bypass this safety and keep broken products in the marketplace.The theme that I purchased had not been updated in a while, full of bugs and completely unusable. So I got in touch with the theme developers in resolving the issue, and they were making NO progress for weeks. Then I asked for a refund and they said issuing a refund will also take a long time.So I posted a 1 star review on the item and explained all the issues that I encountered in detail so that other people who may be looking to buy that theme in the future will not be wasting their time. This prompted the theme developers to immediately issue a refund. Now this is where the loophole comes into play. After the refund had been issued, I noticed that my review had been DELETED, because that's the Themeforest policy. I noticed that the theme had 21 other positive reviews but the reviews had stopped coming in for the last 6 months or so. Which leads me to conclude that many other people must have purchased this broken theme for the last 6 months, got a refund and then their review just got deleted by Themeforest. This practice enables authors to keep broken products live on the Themeforest marketplace and countless unfortunate people to waste a lot of their valuable time buying and getting refunds for broken products.
