Pietro Cuccia Yacht & Ship Broker portrays themselves as Italy's oldest shipbroker, but is run out of Dubai. I entered into a rental agreement for two catamarans in the Seychelles for a week in December 2024. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to take responsibility and refund me for the non-delivery of the booked service. After contracts were entered into they ceased all phone contact. Their email correspondence has included erratic language, including allegations that a third party involved is associated with the Sicilian mafia.Tip for consumers:Very forthcoming in the contracting phase - several pro-active phone calls. After payment was made all phone contact ceased. Impossible to reach, but answers on email.Pietro Cuccia also advertises himself through Pietro Cuccia Photography, based on my experience with this individual I would be hesitant to contract him.

I find this company totally unethical. They have a well defined and published renewal policy and they ruthlessly enforce it. Most companies with annual renewals will let you know your renewal date is coming up and let you decide if you want to continue using their service. NOT SeekingAlpha, no they prey on people not remembering. I asked them to cancel my subscription the day after I noticed my bank account had a renewal charge from them. No way ! They don't care, they are just interested in getting money from people, not serving people. My renewal rate was 2X the charge of my first year. Don't subscribe.

Bad customer service experience. Lied to on delivery date. Waste a whole day waiting on delivery on a Saturday. UPS is the worst delivery service to use. They get it at distribution center one block from my house then take it to post office for them to deliver two days later. Attempted to use Best Buy app and web site and never ever received the verification code. Another lie. Done with Best Buy.

When you use the app for pickup, they add $1 for 10 plastic bags. Then, when I don't get any bags and ask for the receipt at the pickup, they don't give a receipt and say that email receipt will be sent. The email receipt does not show the corrected bag count. Then, I have to wait I till my credit card statement to double check. The last time, this was not corrected and I had to go to store get a store clerk fix it. It seems that target is running a scam by saying free pickup but than charging money for plastic bags you did not get.The second time, they removed the 9 bag charge but kept one bag charge even if I did not get any bags.They are probably making millions from this scam

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took ages to get notified that I needed to give a good enough reason as to why I was using the site after I requested a payout. I just tried to log back in to see how the progress was going to find out that I’ve now been banned? I no longer have permission to even view any of the info pages to see how to get help. They’ve fully blocked my IP and they’re holding my money. This is a scam.[EDIT] I’ve now been allowed access to my account again and they’ve transferred the funds to my account. A “happy” ending to a very frustrating journey.
