$10 service fee *per ticket*? Give me a break. I bought 3 tickets for a concert for me and my friends, and the service fee is almost as much as the tickets. What a massive rip off!! If it wasn't the only option for buying tickets I would absolutely by elsewhere. Really unethical.

Eww! The app sucks and the games especially the damn bad battlefield 2042. It has super bad controls but still I didn't complain but now it is showing an update which I can't even install w*t*f! And now a new surprise the app ain't working. Nice! I have already uninstalled the game it won't be late I uninstall your whole app!

Ordered a pair of shoes online, with a coupon. They sent the wrong shoes. Customer service was unapologetic and incompetent. I had to send back the shoes before they would refund my card. AND I was told the coupon I originally used wouldn't be valid in the future. (?!) 6 weeks later still no refund. Tracked the shoes, they'd received and signed for them 6 weeks prior. Called Customer Service - hold, hold, hold, hold. Finally got a chat agent to help me, have to wait 3-5 more days for my refund, and that it wasn't processed "due to some error". No apology. No coupon offer, nothing. I've been a DSW VIP rewards customer for 15 years, but no more.

Total waste of time!

Please note that this tool works with an IP common to all these clients. As soon as your stats do not matched with the average, then your account is blocked, your contacts are blocked and without any recourse, they continue to charge you while the platform is blocked. Dishonest practices and a tool that shows many bugs in the builder. It's not expensive, but it's worth the price you pay.

Not What I hoped for

Second time I've tried using Brevo. Sending out just about the exact same content, same layout etc., even to same contacts from the same domains lol, Open rates are the lowest from any platform. I don't like how everytime I import contacts or try and send a campaign there's a review delay, even when it's the exact same message and content as I've already sent without changing a single thing. Doesn't make much sense. Constant Contact, even CampaignMonitor, getting a lot more opens, no delays in importing or sending. I've not tried the static IP option, I don't want to pay for a year without getting a better idea if it will help. AWFUL Open rates.

Difficult to purchase an item

Wanted to purchase a new washing machine for €499. No possible to buy as a visitor, not possible to buy on a 'Rechnung' - even though my credit rating is AAA. Not possible to buy on crefid card. Good news though, I did find the washing machine elsewhere cheaper and bought it there.

I placed an order on Flipkart for a new mobile with a trade in of my old phone and yesterday i got a delivery after 7 days and i was not at home and i called my brother to take the delivery and the delivery driver told me to remove the exchange from the app and he will give him 700 cash in hand but i had a offer of exchange bonus plus the phone value which was near 4500 rupees and the delivery driver was not talking with him politely.He was totally unprofessional and he didn’t deliver the phone yesterday and he told us that he will make the delivery again today but today i got the message from flipkart that your order is been cancelled.This is the worst service i got from flipkart.

Best Buy is TRASH with pre-orders

Best Buy is TRASH with pre-orders. They never honor them and cancel when it's too late to get the item anywhere else.I placed an order for a best buy exclusive limited-edition Vinyl as soon as it was announced. Come time to actually ship the order months later and they cancel it with no warning. When I call support they state, "It's not in stock." THEN WHY WOULD IT SHOW IT AS PURCHASEBLE ON THE SITE? It's also a Best Buy specific product so you would think they would have knowledge of the ACTUAL available quantity.This happened with two items IN A ROW. Now the only way to get it is to buy from a scalper for 100's of dollars more. I'm livid - I could have actually gotten my orders if I bought it from Amazon or LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE because at least those sites have the decency to update the pre-order stock to sold out when it's not available.NEVER TRUST BEST BUY. I hope they go out of business.

I always watch BBC News mid-morning…

I always watch BBC News mid-morning when I am off work. However what has happened??? We now get Nicky Campbell sat with head phones on doing a radio phone in!!!! I am interested in watching the live stories and news that have happened that day! Not some phone-in talk show that I could tune into on the radio if I wished (which I don’t!)!! Needless to say I haven’t watched news prior to 11am since the change and won’t be doing going forward!!

Was on the phone over an hour for…

Was on the phone over an hour for assistance. I was placed on hold 8 times and the systems were not working properly I was told. I was also informed I would get charged $100 for early usage for roadside assistance. I finally ended the call and called a service where my wife was located to help her. In the past I always had good service, not sure what has happened to AAA but their service has declined. I am getting a refund for membership and will just add more services to my auto insurance.

AAA has gone significantly down over…

AAA has gone significantly down over the past three years and they’re getting worse. My husband called at midnight for assistance and was told 20 minutes and then another call 45 minutes and then another an additional 45 minutes and by 3 am he cancelled because it was getting so late. When they didn’t show up he slept at his office which is unacceptable and called them in the morning and it still it took another 2.5 hours. Do not use this service. It’s faster with a regular tow truck. Awful awful service and these were not the only times we have had a big disappointment with this service. There have been other issues with AAA. We will not be renewing our plan.
