Made a booking for hotel using Agoda

Made a booking for hotel using Agoda. The hotel turned out to have severe lack of services compared to what I services offered when I booked. I called Agoda to complain. They opened a case. Then closed the case. Doing nothing about my complain. Customer service was completely lacking and useless. I will NEVER use Agoda again. One and Done!

Generally the platform works fine but with bugs.

Generally the platform works fine.But always there is some bugs.Please be carefull about the submitions. Sometimes, some of them submit and some not. In other cases, we found a problem to edit a submition through the notification mail. Many times the notification mail of a form cloned by a previous one keeps the format of the first original form and not the new cloned one.

This is literally the worst piece of dogs*** I've had shoved down my throat by academia. I have TWO CLASSES that use this nightmare of a "textbook", and one of them is assigning so much s*** that I can't work on my other classes. If you force your students to use this f***ing useless "product", I hope you find yourself in an even worse Hell soon after
