The main product seems to be great, but the support, especially the affiliate support, is just bad. Emails get lost. this company could care less about you.they're also the biggest corrupt & overrun monopoly.EA refuses to update or fix games that've been broken for awhile through them, and ask you to go to their Customer Support to try to get help, for which they do absoluely nothing. pathetic waste of time, don't bother.

In the UK quickbooks failed to launch their replacement payroll software and forced all customers onto their advanced payroll at a higher cost.During the process communication completely dropped I had questions I was emailing in to support and no answer.Using the online chat I was constantly promised my questions were escalated and someone would get back to me within 24 hours.I had no updated beyond an email saying the process had been completed and there would be no further responses.I also needed support during the setup, the online chat person was very helpful but couldn't resolve the issue and had to escalate to the second line support. Again was promised a response in 24 hours, 4 days later still no response.All online support can do is say they have escalated and someone will contact me, but no response. Online support won't transfer me to a manager and has just virtualy hung up on me.

I just now seen a little girl 12 or 13 years old being jumped on her hair pulled choked out and hit from behind by her other family members in a lift car. The Lyft driver was just standing there allowing it to happen to the child. How deplorable! I tried contacting Lyft after I called the police, couldn't get a hold of nobody. Another despicable act by Lyft. I will never let my children ride and lift again.
