Order is late & probably lost

Order is late & probably lost. They use lasership which is known to be a low quality questionable carrier. Never ordering online from Macys again. I wish I could do a review with no stars.

Kirby (human support person) read over my concern, looked into it, and had an answer for me within minutes, though the problem took longer to solve as it was systemic.Ask for a human when you get frustrated with the chatbot. It makes things up and can lead you around in circles! In general, it can't help you any more than you looking up FAQs yourself.

Bought DELL Alienware Area-51m almost a…

Bought DELL Alienware Area-51m almost a year ago. Very slow, customer service horrible. Their solutions are to constantly replace parts and nothing works. Now it’s out of warranty and they want to charge me $99 for more phone support … which did not work before. Thanks hey have said sorry atleast 100 times. Sorry is all you will get from their support staff $2600 later. Do not buy DELL

When we called for help we were hung up on 2 times, told they would call back and didn't, and I was put on hold another time and forgotten. We called back and were called liars about the situation in which they were quoting a different account and misrepresenting what are concern was.

Awful website

Awful website. The ‘My Beatport’ links don’t work. No matter artists or titles you click, it takes you to an endless chronological list of unrelated recent releases. I’ve asked them how to resolve this on twitter, but they haven’t bothered to respond. I’ve spent a fortune in this site in the past 10 or so years, but who cares eh?It’s also overwhelmed with in your face marketing, that reappears no matter how many times you click ‘don’t ask me again’. Finally, and most frustrating of all, is the time it takes for each track to start playing when you try to preview anything. Rubbish.

Outstanding Support

The support team did an outstanding job helping me solve my problem. There was an issue with my computer and, instead of just telling me to fix my computer, they were so helpful in getting me step-by-step instructions for a work-around so I could use 1Password. Very impressed and grateful. Thank you!

Review of X (Twitter)

Twitter is trash and they lied

Twitter is a joke LOL. Even under Elon’s leadership, or especially so I should say. He promised banned accounts would be reinstated as long as you didn’t do anything heinous. So I decided to test it out. I tried getting my account reinstated that was banned in 2019. After going back and forth with Twitter support and them taking a ridiculously long time, they finally let me know today, on Christmas Day of all days, that my account won’t be reinstated. There was no explanation given, just a parroting of their old reasoning that doesn’t apply to my situation. Make no mistake, it’s just like the old Twitter in new packaging. Way to take a dying company and drive a stake into it. Stay away.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! I sent several messages about payment problems and it seems none really cares, because all I got as reply every time, that I have to explain all over again to a different person!Their support system does not work! They dont offer solution but tell you, that dont worry, we will solve your problem and if you dont have anything else to discuss about, than we will close this chat and wish you a nice day!!! So then, you lost your support ticket!!! ITS a NIGHTMARE system! Doesnt matter how many time I contacted them, its exactly the same every time!! Such a huge disappointment from Facebook!They block credit cards, because my bank did not let the payment go through due to the very serious fact, that the amount that needed to be paid ($45.93) in their system was smaller then what they wanted to charge ($58.33) after the verification!! And then because you keep trying, they restricted them, stating fraudlent actions!!!!! Unbelievable!!!
