Totally disgusted by Survey Monkey and would NEVER recommend anyone trying a "free account" with them. I wanted a one question survey, for one time, to gather information on a preferred meeting date from about 120 people. I created an account and found it easy to build the desired survey and I emailed to my mailing list. Within a day, I received a notice from Survey Monkey that I had received 23 responses and to click on my account to view. Imagine my surprise when my account stated that I could only see 10 of the 23 responses. If I wanted to see any more than 10 I had to have a paid account. So I looked at the payment options and saw one or two that were somewhat reasonably priced and they had a monthly cost and an annual cost. I thought I would go ahead and spend the $19 or $25 for a one month account since people were responding. However, when you put in all your billing information, you are charged for an annual account - there is no way to only purchase a monthly account. I withdrew my payment info and did some online research as to whether you could pay for the year and then cancel during that year and receive a refund, but Survey Monkey will not refund any account. There was NO INDICATION when you create a free account that you will only be able to see 10 responses, which is totally unfair. That needs to be an upfront notice when you create an account. If you only need 10 responses from any group, you might as well call or email each of the 10 individually rather than create a survey. I will never use this program again and sure not recommend to anyone unless they are in the survey business.

I deposited money 3days ago and up till date is till on hold for no reasons. I contacted support and they told me they hv channel the matter to the appropriate department and they will contact me through email soon but is been 3 day and no one have contacted me. I have been calling the phone number and texting support but still no reply. I think this company is a big scam but I will be bringing them all a LAW Suit.

Worst quality I have seen so far. Bought last year toilet seat replacement not even a year later the hinges are corroding and bubbling up (??) it’s a shame I threw away my old one that looked much better after 10 years of use!! Same for the bathroom famous FRACK extendable mirror it broke not even a year later and supposed to be stainless steal! It’s a shame I cannot upload pictures to show what rubbish they are flooding with European market!!

Fraudulent sites. Don’t buy anything advertised on Facebook, particularly if they seem too good to be true. I bought some clothes from what appeared to be Charles Tyrwhitt but the money went to a fraudulent company. Luckily I bought using a credit card so will be reimbursed

Just lousy. Frequently sub optimal hotel brands and numerous restrictions on points, such as not crediting points booked via travel sites or on multiple rooms booked under a single name i.e. names cannot be changed upon arrival to credit each traveller. Marriott wipes the floor with IHG rewards and each experience with the IHG brand seems to reinforce my view.

The Discord Support is just terrible (And I mean, Very terrible), I spent almost a week waiting for response, But it turns out there were no responses, Then when I wanted to ask questions, They actually respond the newer one like, I don't know what is wrong with these staffs, Should've have a better management staff there.

I ordered a perfume from Amazon but it was sold by Bucolier parfums. It was a fake 100%! The perfume did not smell like what I ordered(I’ve worn it for 15 yrs) what I ordered was packaged in a box that was similar, a bottle similar but certainly not the true perfume. Everything was off!! Smells awful, like bug spray. Amazon SHOULD not work with whoever this faux co is!!!! It gives theM a bad namE. Be careful that your next perfume order is not sold by Bucolier parfums!!!!!

My workplace torture us with this service all day long for weeks. Is the most lame radio station that i heard on my life. It has the same commercials that they repeat over and over without shame. The station that my employer picked is the R&B, they play a song after 3k commercials (the same 4 over an over). I wish that this company stops this incompetent service.
