I spent several weeks trying to find some software to manage examination candidates for certification, as well as other database needs. I stumbled upon Capterra and their awesome website, which gives all sorts of information about software products. When I asked for a little help narrowing down my choices, Robert Kahrs was extremely helpful. He listened to my needs and then identified the type of software that would be most helpful; in this case, Learning Management Software (LMS). Robert called me to talk about my project and then sent out an alert to companies that might be able to help me. I heard from five companies within two days. I spoke with three of the companies (two never responded to my request to schedule an appointment), and am really happy with the response. I couldn't ask for a better experience, and Capterra was awesome to deal with.

I made a typo in my email on first account creation so i could not verify the email address. The change email address option does not do anything so i contacted customer support. They did not understand what i was saying for ages but eventually told me to set up a new account so I did. Then when I asked them to disable to old one, they said it was not possible. They had been completely incompetent up to this point. When i pointed this out they not only disabled the first account but the SECOND ONE as well. Completely bitter and incompetent staff!

I was changing state due to work back in November 2019. I didn’t want to ship anything so I gave away all my furnitures to the local goodwill and ordered everything that I needed for the new place from Macy’s on Thanks Giving Black Friday. Three weeks after, I received Bed, dresser, night stand, Mattress, and my 6 dinning chairs, but not the dinning table. I called and asked Macy’s customer service and she apologized and promised that it will be delivered in two weeks. Two weeks came by but never received the table. I called again and asked what happened, she apologized agin and said it will be deliver in a month, all this time my self, my husband and my kids are sitting on a floor to eat, my kids have no place to sit to do their homeworks. A month passed by and I called again and they said it’s taking longer than they thought and they will try to find out and send me an email with updates but never happened. We are now in May and I still didn’t receive the table and they are now blaming it on Corona. I am a Macy’s Platinum card holder and been a Macy’s customer most of my life. I am very disappointed and will never Shope anything from Macy’s till I get this solved. Here is the sales number if anybody want to prove it 35800072. Very disappointed.

It's a worthwhile activity to support change.org - I regularly sign its petitions . It helpfully informs me about petitions that are likely to interest me, based on my past reponses. Through change.org I feel empowered to have influence on issues and campaigns that would otherwisehave passed me by. I'm grateful to be updated on their progress and to hear when they have been successful. It widens and strengthens my democratic role and enhances my sense of purpose in life.

Literally purchased from a company multiple times but today puchased blocked. Supposed to verify with text.I don't have a cell phone - I don't want a cell phone. They are toxic - look it up. Yet this bank is all about cell this, cell that.This bank is basically discriminating against non-cell phone users and I don't use them because I don't enjoy the literally headaches and nosebleeds.So I do have VOIP =- but that is not good enough for them!! And that Eno PITA - it is USELESS - why am I spending my time training your useles AI BOT - which is basically good for nothing. WHERE IS A HUMAN??SUCH A TIME WASTE - NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS.

I inquired about a subscription. I'm unable to afford them. I have begged and pleaded to get off of their email list. I have unsubscribed three or four times. I have filed a complaint with FTC.gov. I have repeatedly blocked emails and reported them as spam. Yet I continue to receive emails, each time from a slightly different email address. I cannot believe that a very respectable company, one which I used to happily have a subscription to, continues to treat me like this. Next I'm going to file a complaint as a vulnerable adult for financial harassment

The reason I shop here was because of the cash points, but the return policy is not good. Yes they let you return the item if it doesn't work out, but steal point away and a few hundred points. For this I will start to shop at Nordstrom that has better return policy and Sephora.

I am a 70 year old disabled man attempting to use social media as a prospecting tool. Doing well with most of the sites, but not LinkedIn. I updated my education and experience. They froze my account due to unusual activity. They requested picture ID and I complied.I still am waiting for a response and would like some advocacy for the account to be reopened.
