I listed a property on Zillow's website that also migrated to Trulia, Realtor.com, etc. After it was up and running, I noticed that potential buyers were being deliberately pointed to "premier agents" that have no access or knowledge of the property. Turns out, Zillow charges a fee to "premier agents" for preferential placement on all listings. The "premier agent is willing to pay a fee in hopes of acquiring a potential client and a lucrative commission. The actual listing agent may never receive a customer's call. How deceptive is that?!?! Zillow - I am REALLY disappointed at your SLEEZY tactics and hope the word gets out. Shame on you!

I've bought plenty of stuff from Thomann over the last 2 years. Recently, I had an issue with a Harley Benton QBB-8 8-string guitar 3 months after purchase.At first, I sent them an email reporting the issue. Their first response was to ask me to ship the guitar to them so they could evaluate the problem and eventually send the instrument back to me, but that would require buying a box and bubble wrap and not have the guitar for maybe a month.I told them that was not an ideal solution, and their immediate response was to offer to ship me a new guitar, and I could send the faulty one back in the new guitar's box. That sounded like a great solution from them already, but it felt wasteful, and I had already spent quite a bit of time setting it up and getting it to play exactly the way I liked it.So I told them I had found a technician who gave me a quote for the repair, and if they would be willing to just give me store credit for the small value for the fix.They ended up agreeing with a refund for that value, and I got the guitar quickly fixed. At no point during our talk did it ever feel like just some corporate automated response to any of my enquiries.The customer support experience I got was top notch, and knowing that they will be willing to offer a good solution (and not just a pre-baked solution) if I have any issues with my purchases just encouraged me to keep buying from them.Recommended.

The support team is unexperienced and irresponsible. Instead of reading my requests,they just canceled my subscription.I was about to have a lesson in 10 minutes.It is very difficult to reach out the support team and talk to them. I had 3 experiences talking to their support team and none was pleasant. It seems I am talking to bots and not to people.

Statins are poison...a stubborn Mayo Doctor put my father on Statins, over 20 some years ago with no history of heart disease or diabetes. My Dad had problems from very start , muscle cramping and weakness. Mayo Clinic Doctor refused to take him off...just put him on different statins. Now on atrovastatin 20mg.My Dad has statin induced permanent/ and or adverse condition could be directly linked (Documented Studies) to statins:1. Hearing loss2. Dementia3. Can't speak full sentences/Difficulty in speaking4. All over muscle atrophy5. Difficult breathing/on oxygen last hospital stay first time ever6. Can barely walk7. Dying Liver8. Non functioning Kidney9. Frequent urinary infections that land him in the hospital10. Gastrointestinal bleeding that land him in the hospital11. Now Heart Problems12. Shakes, constant fatigueMayo Clinic Dr. refuses to take him off of atrovastain 20 mg, even after family request.Mayo Clinic Dr said no.Statins are killing him and robbed him of 15 good years.They took a perfectly healthy non-overweight man with just "pharmaceutical company determined" high cholesterol levels, poisoned him, turned him into a frail old man and robbed him of 15 years of his life.My Dad's parents lived without statins Father 91 and Mother (over weight) 87 with diabetes and both could run circles around my frail Dad.Statins are killing him and Physicians need to wake the hell up!.Same goes for all Cholesterol lowering drugs....poisons.Mayo Clinic/Mayo Clinic Medical School/text books & physician continuing Education, research hospital receives bulk funding from the Pharmaceutical Companies, NIH, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. etc.Mayo Clinic's former CEO was also simultaneously on the Merck Pharmaceutical Board of Directors. Both former Mayo Clinic CEOs support the World Economic Forum as Health Partner Governors.

Coinbase allowed a hacker in to my account, changed all my credentials, phone number, 2 step verification, new withdraw option, as they stole $8,000 out of my account. Never once did they try to contact me to let me know major changes were being made. They also will NOT help me get control of my account to start an investigation. Sounds like an inside job to me. I've hired an Attorney to investigate.
