I am a business who uses eventbrite to sell me tickets. while you may th ijnk that their fee is expected and reasonable until you realise that they give you absolutely no help and make the interface incredibly hard to use, you begin to question why on earth you use the site at all.I have been trying to get help to finish setting up events and fix others but am being taken around in circles the most recent reply stated "We recognize that you haven’t heard back from us yet and we want to ensure that you’ve gotten the assistance you need. If you still have outstanding questions or need additional assistance, please reply to this message."there was no referenceto my questions nor reference to anything from my original email. They had given me NO help or answers or anything.

Thieves and Liars - Received my order but the box was in tatters taped back up by DPD. The box felt like and when I opened it surprise suppose the box was empty trainers are gone. I spoke to someone on the phone who was zero help this was after being on hold for 40 minutes didn't even listen to me or ask for evidence i.e the video and pictures I took. Just said we have a process and well get back to you in 48 hours that was 4 days ago. Tried contacting again but nothing the whatsapp chat replied back to me after 24 hours and when I replied they ain't sent a message back yet!! Will claim through my credit card company

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I saw a random charge of 184€ on my bank account from Academia.edu after the trial period was over and I FREAKED OUT!!! I never signed up for this!!!! I cannot afford it!!! In their refund policy they state that 30 day trial period and first annual payment are refundable no questions asked. I sent them a ticket and an email and I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update: They refunded me the full amount 2 days after I contacted them. That's why I changed my rating to 3 stars instead of 1.

Bad System and Bad Service For Refund Flight Ticket From Agoda

I booked 2 round-trip flights for me and my boss in early January 2025 through 2 different platforms, for me using Agoda and for my boss on other platforms. Even though I booked on a different platform, but I booked the same airline, the same flight date January 13 and January 17 and the same flight time.For January 13th, the airline changed our flight from around 10 am to half past 4 pm, at that time we were fine and did not refund, but for our flight on the 17th, the airline changed our flight back from around 12 noon to around half past 8 pm. We decided to refund on the 17th because it was the airline's fault.After that incident, we applied for refunds to the 2 platforms. My boss ticket that I booked through a different platform was completed within 1 week, while my ticket that I booked through Agoda until now which has been 3 months, has not been completed.The process with Agoda is really complecated and really bad system. they gaveme form of hyperlink many times (more than 5 times) and their sytem always rejected and the last time on 9 April 2025 i get email from their sytem if the following payment was not claimed and has now expired. When i complain to their Costumer Service it's really not help.This is the last time used Agoda, i will never ever use again.

Its ok. the ads arent too frequent, unlikie youtube. but the american accents can be really irritating. sometimes the tracks dotn play. the censorship isnt too bad. so much, much better than youtube. but at least YT the tacks do play . spotify has a flaw where you click on soemthing and nothing happens

Bought a q600 soundbar in January.

Bought a q600 soundbar in January.It's the end of march now and despite calling 4 times a week, begging for my cables, they didn't ever send them.Made me feel like I was lying to scam them on... $10 dollars on cables? Despite the soundbar costing around 700.I did the math and frustration and eventually decided to just throw it in the rubbish bin and go with bose.Ironically immediately after I gave them a poor review on their website they reached out and wanted to send my cables. For what? Bose sent me everything and it took 2 mins to set up. No 3 month wait.Usually alright products, however if you have any issues...... *sigh* just deflated, feel like a criminal and no actual result. Hence, rubbish bin.Also my picture tv (the one which shows art) has a fluctuations in sound. But the bose soundbar resolved this

Seamless

After switching to Mac, there were still two Windows programs we had to run on PC for our small business. After struggling with the process of switching back and forth, we finally installed Parallels and have never looked back. The ease-of-use is fantastic, and we especially love being able to run two operating systems at once. It is truly a seamless experience. We are still discovering more functionality treats (like drag-and-drop file sharing) the more we use Parallels.

Very poor customer service regarding a refund We booked a cruise holiday using our Amex card which was scheduled to embark on 16 October 2022. However, following several months of clinical tests and reviews in the summer of 2022 my wife was diagnosed with cancer in September 2022 Despite sharing the information with cruise company one month before embarkation, they informed us we were too late to cancel the holiday and receive a refundDistraught with this news we asked Amex could they refund the monies, they kindly agreed to support our situation and refunded the monies. Following the transfer of the refund back into our account Amex confirmed the case was closed in a letter to us dated 1 November 2022. However and unbeknown to both my regular communication with their customer services throughout October -December 2022 and ourselves, Amex had changed their minds and said we were not eligible for a refund. Following the submission of evidence to the disputes team (which included details of two apologies from Amex customer services saying they wrong to ask for the monies back) they replied to us and whilst they accepted that they had given us incorrect information they would not accept their error and we had to still repay the monies and if we wished to challenge their decision had to take the dispute to the Financial Ombudsmen.
