The case I have raised with support on the phone regarding the functionality problem has been closed without any feedback, reply or confirmation that it has been resolved. They simply sweep it under the carpet as nobody can be bothered to take any accountability.When I called support to follow up, I ended up with a support expert in the Philippines who are clueless. When finally reaching UK based expert, I have to go in rounds and rounds again. Such a mega waste of my time!

Total scam company. I cancelled on their site, but no acknowledgment was made and instead took nearly £300 out of my account, without authorisation. Paypal are reviewing, but like others have said I'm unlikely to get this back. Just scroll past them. No doubt the standard AI generated repetitive response will follow, without actually addressing the scam they have carried out.

I had an order for a Family hub fridge frizer on Nov 22nd 2022. The delviery sent incompetent people, lost the fridge once and in the 5th attempt, they showed me that the fridge was damaged in many parts while in delivery. Therefore, I have rejected the delivery on Dec 5th and called the support to update them.Since then, I have been in touch with the support every 4-5 days max and 50 days later still don't have my money back!Apparently Samsung only hire incompetent people because I have talked to 10-12 support people and all of them said that they will send me an email with the confirmation of what they did, and only 1 person did this. The support says that I have canceled the order and 3 hours later I receive an email saying that I would have it delivered tomorrow. I send an email for following up and 10 days after cancelation, the support says: "You have canceled your order just yesterday! We are not late!". The support says, the accounting gave an update that your money will be transfered to your account in 7-10 days. Then I receive only £29.99 that I have paid for delivery and installation.The support says, we have escalated the case and will come back to you urgently (40 days after cancelation), but not only they don't, I receive another email from the customer service saying that:"You are returning: 0 x Samsung Family Hub"Not only Samsung is a horrible company, but they break the law without hesitation. Based on the UK law they had only 15 days to give my money back and they are already 35 days past that time.www gov uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refundsYou must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.I should be stupid if I ever buy anything else from Samsung!!!!

I've made an order online and chose to…I've made an order online and chose to collect at the closest pickup point that they suggested to me.Apparently, the pickup point rejected and refused to receive my order which is not being returned to Abercrombie.I called to their Customer Service and they asked me to wait 5 days to take any action from them, as send it back to a new address or cancel and refund my order.I hope I can have my order before Christmas.

Unfortunately, after using this app, I can tell that Binance it's a shady, scam artist in the crypto space. I will no longer, ever, use their applications. Not only they approve pump and dump coins, as they recommend it as well. They manipulate the markets and there is shady things going on behind screens. Binance it's a scam, well promoted and advertised.

Delivery was scheduled between 2-4 nobody came to my house and they claim it was a failed delivery attempt. I have 3 dogs that bark at everything and a door bell. They used uber delivery but now I can’t get my phone or place a new order until it clears and apple basically said o well that’s what they do one attempt. I want a proof of delivery attempt. Not happy at all and they could care less!!!
