Everything I have use in my autoresponder works very well.I love the free personalize chat service I use to serve visitors to my websites and blog.Customer services have always been very helpful and friendly. My questions have been answered promptly or was provided a link to a video that solved my problems.

got the new star wars game and EVERY SINGLE TIME IT HAD AN UPDATE NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR BIG. it would install it, then they say verifying then say installing something else then say downloading then say verifying again and would never finish. The only way to fix this is to UNISTALL THE WHOLE GAME TO REINSTALL IT ALL. If there is another installer selling a game like steam or epic ALWAYS buy from them and never from EA it ruined a game I've been wanting to play for years.

I have been a customer since I purchased my laptop. Last year they tried to auto renew with unlimited devices. Eventually got them to offer me a reasonable price on 5 devices. They tried their auto renew again this year at over 70 pounds. I removed it and tried to discuss with them today having seen an on line offer through Google at £30. He told me it was not as good and that they were better than their competitors. Very poor attitude and very complacent.

Awful customer service. My computer said I was due to renew. I paid £39.99. I found out I still had a subscription valid for 1 year 4 months. I called for a refund. The advisor was talking about offering me an extension for a year but I repeated I wanted a refund. Now found out she has cancelled my original subscription and put the new subscription to end on the original date. I have lost £40. Called back and asked to speak to a supervisor explaining the situation. No call from supervisor. The company has taken £40 from me and I have no subscription. Shocking

I like the monthly download of free fonts, actions, mockups made by creatives artists. Even if I use only a few, they brightened my workweek and graphic eye. I also like having credits for “impulse” graphics items. I have tried generating a few A. I. graphics but they aren’t good enough to use (although A. I. is great for photo touchups).

Do not believe their cashback program. While the price shown was competitive due to cashback, this program is just a broken promise made by Agoda. I submitted request to get cashback within the allowable period. They changed the status in the apps as successful, but cashback is nowhere to be found either in my bank or credit card statement. Tried to reach CS, but like what others have mentioned, this is non existent. They keep replying that according to the system it has been successful without being able to give proof of release to the bank and exact date as to when they release the cashback to the bank.Avoid this website/apps at all cost!! 0 integrity!

Created account for home delivery. Immediate problems Customer service man had dog barking in his background so loud had to repeat all, said account not created after getting e mail saying it was. Too many problems, LOUSY customer service. Gave up on Kroger, meat section always stinks anyway.

I have communicating regarding my HP PC, poly studio, purchased some time in Jan 2025.I was trying to clarifying my warranty. The distributor, VSTECS ASTAR Sdn Bhd, mentioned it is for 3 years. Whereas HP support says only 1 year.Now HP support team taking 1 month to reconfirm.Chasing them like cats-dogs, it seems the support team do no move an inch.Very frustrated with HP support and the distributor line as well
