Review of duolingo
Duolingo claims that their Super subscription is cancellable monthly. Under that impression, I signed up for Super to try it for a few months, but now it turns out it’s YEARLY! I am absolutely taking action; I’m not letting this go. I've already started a dispute with my credit card company and contacted Google, and I’ll do everything possible to get my money back. What a bunch of crooks. Really terrible.

Stay away from this service. Not only overpriced, but they scammed me openly. And their customer service is not stable. Each time someone new responds to you by forgetting the previous message. Thus, they did not solve the problem. Unsubscribed from them. Will go with Wordpress.

I processed a return worth $470 months ago (sent back with their label). Last month chatted with an agent who assured refund is coming because online it showed item received but no refund. Today I called and the lady claimed I never returned the items. Then, chatted with an agent that disconnected me. Finally got a hold of another agent that again assured me refund is coming but I don't believe anyone there anymore. The agents are incompetent and hard to understand, stuff goes missing or they don't know how to look up orders the correct way. It's a bad mess!! I'd give them 0 stars if possible.
