Unreliable product, terrible customer service

Unreliable product and appalling customer service. I and many others believe the Nest thermostat has a fundamental design and manufacturing fault that causes failures of the unit. Google are obviously aware of this yet they deny any issues and treat customer complaints by ignoring them. After a very unsatisfactory and lengthy series of emails and phone calls I realised that I was being deliberately fobbed off and given false information. Most of the time the people I was speaking to spoke poor English very quickly and treated me with no respect or care for the failed product. I raised an official complaint and chased it on two further occasions and they ignored it. Do not use this company or purchase the Google Nest thermostat. When it fails you will be left with nothing. I no have three failed units and no recompense.

Been trying to renew driving licence for 3weeks with GOV.UK IDEverything fine upload passport etc then get to final check through Experian and I don’t existOver 1 hour on phone to your helpline they cannot do anything as Experian do the checks and I will now have to do it at post officeLived at same address fo over 30 years everyone else can veryfi me why are these not able to useless why have helpline who work from home and keep putting you on hold to find answer from someone else who cannot do anything!!!!

I ordered for a matterss , they gave wrong product on 27 april , i returned it on 28april.. i got information that they will share it by 8th may , then they changed it to 10th may, then they changed it to 14 may, now they are changing to 19 may. not giving response properly. WORST COMPANY. MY MONEY IS STUCK. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED ASAP NOW. I will go to consumer forum for this

This company is a crook

This company is a crook. 😔I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year. Spending thousands with the company. I mainly purchase from their online store, and had no issues with getting packages delivered, until recently.I had a package go missing. They use a weird tracking courier service called “OnTrac” which I have never heard of before. For a large corporation like Abercrombie’s, wouldn’t they use a reputable shipper like Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc??? Anyway…. I did my job which was to track the package and notify Abercrombie of a missing package in a timely manner. They are refusing to reimburse, or redeliver, and told me to take it up with OnTrac.OnTrac is also giving me the run around and telling me to take it up with Abercrombie. What AWFUL business practice. To a loyal client who has spent thousands and never complains?By the way, if anyone is wondering. I ship all my packages to my business address. The safest address I can think to send it to because I don’t have neighbors. Just a front desk that I PERSONALLY manage. So the package can, and only would have to be, delivered INSIDE my business when doors are open, directly to ME! So sad that I will have to stop shopping here because the company has unfairly stolen my money. I’ll be pulling out my stocks from this company too. I can’t support a huge retailer who takes advantage of their clients. This company used to be known for being a huge bully, and looks like they still are. 😔

Trying to verify my ads account with zero support from this money dripping company for 4 months now… They are happy to arrange a call with “advisor” to create a useless campaign but not in any other matter.

RicDream.com. Yep my experience of this company has been very poor. I purchased a watch because I wanted to use it at night as a sleep monitor with a ap, whilst my Apple Watch was recharging. At first they overcharged, but to be fair it was credited back after I contacted them. When my watch arrived from the packaging you could see it had clearly been used and there were no instructions. The advertisement on FB said it could be retuned if I was not satisfied. I have emailed them several times asking for the instructions. They do not answer. Don’t waste your money with this Company.
