The ft decided to use this cheap alternative to what used to be an amazing experience with olivesoftware. It's like it hasn't been updated since the 1990s. Terrible UX blurry and zooming removes text and can't even read the titles used to be able to see all text. They have to put in blue shading to show what might be clickable. Unbelievably cheap experience that feels so beta. Reckon I could get a better version coded in a weekend from India for 2k. How does this company survive with such a terrible product?

Exactly the same as others below. I have had £360.00 taken from my bank account, 5 months before my previous subscription (for £100 for the Pro Plan to 31/07/2021) is due to expire. No email before hand with the invoice, to say what would be coming out, so I could have at least check, and I haven't used Hootsuite for over a year, so wouldn't have noticed it there either.This is a disgrace, when turning off auto-renew subscriptions, I get an expiry of 8/4/2021, when I have a current paid subscription to 31/07/2021, and a FURTHER £360.00 taken today for 01/08/21 to 31/07/2022. What an absolute con. They are stealing money from small businesses.

They say I can cancel membership at anytime but as of today (Apr 27th 2020) I have to call them to cancel it. They provided two numbers - one of the lines was busy and the other takes forever to get reached to a real person and so annoying. They intentionally does NOT allow cancellation of membership online.I finally got connected to a real person and she says I canNOT cancel my membership because it takes 24 hours to 7 business days for my account to be in the system...what a joke? why did they say I can "cancel anytime" on the signup page then?

I love how typeform works. I've been using typeform since 2015-ish. The thank you screen were still free that day, but a bummer I should pay for it from now on lol. But I get it, marketing strategies nowadays. Overall, good work! So far, my respondents are enjoying the design! 💕

I do not believe politics or religion should be allowed in a place were I relieve my stress and express myself. Instead Raverly thinks that politics are fine just as long as you believe as they do and if you do not you are now labeled as a white supremacist. They should have just banned all political talk and banter. I am appalled that everywhere I go I am being put under a microscope. I honestly don't really keep up with politics and hate watching the news. I knit and crochet to forget about the weight of the world and bills pressing down on me and now raverly is trying to take that away from me to. So as of now I have no account with them and never will again.

I have been a subscriber for 44 years but the annual renewal process has become increasingly hard and this year, regretfully, I have snapped and cancelled my subscription. I have an annual direct debit which the Economist take without notification. The sum they took was more than twice my current subscription! You then have to go into the annual haggle as to how much an appropriate increase might be, this year I just gave up out of exasperation. To add insult to injury they did not refund all the money they took.How can such a great publication, such splendid journalism be hijacked by such ridiculously abysmal front of house customer care?

Paid a year upfront for a subscription. Found it did not meet my needs a few days later. Closed account. Dropbox has refused to refund and gone out of their way to manipulate the refund via PayPal to then make it hard to open a chargeback. I'm contacting my bank to push this chargeback through today.ps, contacting their support is hard by design. They dont want to help.

Cnet is trash for their fake journalism and reviews. Latest debacle, angry youtubers.... sigh. They bash the youtubers vehemently protesting against their generating of ad revenue. Even going as so far to sabotage what is a genuine gaming journalism by contacting ad agencies in an attempt to remove ads from the channels. You call them hypocritical and they delete your comment. Never mind the reviews that speak for themselves. I wish i could give less than 1 star.
