Order many items in the past… spent £1000’s. But thoroughly fed up with them.A table top book arrived with a scratch on the front. WHY? It was new but they supplied damaged. We ordered some sweets…. Hole in the bag. Also in the past….Air fryer was supplied used not new. Previous wrong items sent. What a stress it is to sort out. Never easy. You always have to ring them. Yes… they’re will offer a replacement but then you’ve got to go through the return process and find a post office… yet you did nothing wrong. They should collect. Not make you jump through hoops to return it. Maybe they rely on the hassle it will cause you… so you keep it. Who knows!!! I’m disabled. I can’t do it but instead will have to tolerate their defective products. I’m not sure I can cope with this low level of service anymore. It’s disrespectful and disingenuous to customers. Time to switch I think.

I've never managed to order something from bol.com without problems. Either an item is missing, or it's damaged, or it's the wrong item. To make matters even worse, I sent the items back and they claimed they had not received them. Really awful. I stop giving them more chances.

Never buy this product at all or this brand. I have bought a brand new Hp officejet 8024e all in one.Having an issue not connecting on my pc or my mobile as it says more than ten times i need to finish setting it up.I have done it more than five times rest it for the whole day. I spoke to a HP customer advicer which is totally used no help at all and no knowledge at all. No any concern at all. I dont recommend this brand and product especially with their customer advicer no any knowledge at all.

Automatically debited $40 from my card (for renewal)I bought domain for 10$ lol )I did not knew that I have auto renewal which was automatically turned on, without any permissions from my side. I asked company to cancel subsctiption and return money. They refused. I this this quite unfair to put such tricky conditions.This is not business, this is scammers.
