Boise GC-6 stars out-of 5, I traveled from Chicago to Boise for a two week medical stay for my wife, who said how will you survive without a guitar to play. Answer: GC. I originally had ordered an inexpensive acoustic in their own inventory yet realized it wouldn’t satisfy my needs (I’m a Gibson SG nut), hence found an affordable uses Epiphone SG Standard on line and arranged to pick it up in Boise soon after arriving. It was ok, but knew I’d probably not keep it since I already had previously purchased two used Gibson SGs (2006 Jr and 2008 Standard both fair condition fully knowing well repaired headstocks are ok too, while fret ware can be dicey. I decided to return the Epi-SG having spotted a fair price for a 2012 SG Standard P90 labeled “ excellent” from GC’s Detroit store, yet chose to enlist Boise’s sales team to arrange its eventual destination back home. Tomic and his associate in sales worked on my behalf splitting the commission while Francis the OP lead definitely made everything happen. Today the 2012 arrived and upon seeing its OHSC’s pristine condition was a positive 1st look. To my delight this 13 yr old SG was essentially never played, no belt buckle evidence, not a ding anywhere, Pickguard barely a scuff. Best of all the frets are like new, can’t find any signs of wear whatsoever, I guess it’s old new stock. I’m 71 still in a band now performing for seniors (Assisted Living and Memory Care) and will start using this guitar as my main axe and it will if ever to be traded become good or great, but not excellent as it is now. I’ve been buying from GC since 1973 ( Peoria, IL. Store) and if your lucky enough to be close by any GC store- I have no doubt the staff will do whatever it takes to keep its customers happy!

Facebook Marketplace are victimising me

Facebook Marketplace is at the present time singling me out by allowing everyone but me to buy and sell items on marketplace. I listed a mobility scooter for sale yesterday 15/6/2025 in a group dedicated to the sale of scooters and after 45 minuets they removed it this has been going on forever with them removing my listings and now I can NOT buy or sell anything on marketplace. This is victimising when I’m the only one not allowed to sell scooters on Facebook there a joke and the worst social media platform ever

Completely awful - don't waste your time

Completely awful - do not bother using! Our account was suspended because of a high number of Hard bounces on an email send (to a list that we had not used in about 6 months). The cause was about 160 hard bounces - hardly a huge number. They sent through a list of impossible demands for us to action before they would reinstate our account, which essentially asked us to blindly delete legitimate contacts from our list. They couldn't get it that the best thing would be to allow us to send to the list, thus finding the Hard Bounces and automatically cleaning these from our list. Totally rigid and unhelpful customer service. Awful. Don't use them.

ATT SUCKS!

I called ATT a month ago for who knows what. While I was on the phone the rep (who I’m sure makes commission for up-selling) talked me into changing my plan (the one I’ve had for 20 years with no problems) promising that the 5G service would be much better and load faster. It was also going to cost an additional $5/mo (of course it is!) I agreed - how could I not? Of course - she never told me that there was no going back if I changed my mind. Which I did because the new service SUCKS! Now I can’t even load ANY websites, do any internet searches or use any apps unless I’m on WiFi. I’m not using any public/unsecured WiFi services so now my phone is useless. And even the phone calls are messed up - static, usually disconnect and I have to place the call multiple times. Thanks a lot ATT. After 20+ years I’m going to switch to Verizon. They can’t possibly worse than ATT. Also ATT - I can NEVER log into my account. And since you bought Directv you screwed that up too. I’m fed up and over ATT!

Placed an order for 2 items, next day delivery.Following day 1 item was delivered. Checked the status of the second item and delivery was now showing 6 days!!!Called customer services who, although very pleasant, we're absolutely useless and didn't even understand the situation.If I was to reorder the missing item, delivery is within 2 days, quicker than my order!??!!?Lost all faith in this company and their delivery promises

Don't Bother - Very Frustrating to Sign On.

It took several attempts to sign on. Each time I tried to login, I had to put in that captcha, then check my text messages for the six digit number. In the middle of trying to do something, it logs me out and I have to start over again. This happened four times before I just gave up. Don't bother with this buggy app!

After subscript to espn plus for a few days we realize there were not much program for us to watch, so we decided to cancel the subscription. It was a nightmare looking to the “cancel subscription” link. I was not able to no matter how hard I try even I earned a data query programming certificate. Finally an opportunity hit us, ESPN plus sent us an email informing they raised the monthly charge, from that email there was a “cancel subscription”Link. I canceled it immediately, that was back in July. I looked into my bank account today, espn plus kept charging us every other month, pay attention to this, not every month, but every other month. They are not just crook, they are sly crook.

The bias is astounding.

The bias is astounding.It is clear that CNN dislikes conservatives and libertarians. I am that libertarian guy my conservative friends "get along with" and my liberal friends cannot believe i am huge support of 1A and 2A.CNN could care less about anybody at all. They have this agenda that all conservatives are bad. If you do not go along with their agenda, you are useless.I unsubscribed from my cable service to make sure I don't trip across their channel again.

I paid my credit card for April, but I received an email saying I still owed. I am disabled and can't talk so I had a friend call. They said that the payment was put towards March (which i paid) and they could do nothing. Even though my friend told them I'm on ssi they wanted me to pay more. They scammed me. I will be reporting them.

I ordered on line, paid, got a delivery date and then they never delivered my food. When I called they said it was delivered! But where? Wrong building, wrong apartment? So far, after over 2 weeks of phone calls, no refund as promised! They stopped delivering in my area. Bad customer service, Rotten produce, and always out of items that were ordered. Not reliable.
