Review of GitHub
We have an organization account on GitHub. I made a ticket for my issue on GitHub. But either they don't reply or their reply is not helpful. The person answering me probably doesn't know how to fix our issue. They don't have a phone number that we can call. Our problem is not fixed after a month. If customer service matters to your business, we recommend you to avoid GitHub.

Review of parallels
I've spend (too) many hours building virtual environments with different apps available out there. Parallels just stands out as the best one for me, it works flawlessly, never had any kind of issues. I would 100% recommend it to anyone that want the virtualisation layer to work without any hassle.

I honestly have never and will never use this service due to all the reports of SA that have happened between this company and Uber. It absolutely terrifies me that the companies don't seem to care and never intended to do extensive background checks with drivers. SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY. Plus the insane amount of 1 star reviews would be more than enough reason to never use them. I went out of my way to find a way to leave a review because that's how strongly I feel.....

Review of hp
⭐ One Star – Thank You for Forcing Me to SwitchI want to sincerely thank HP for being such a controlling company. After spending $100 on ink, I installed it into my HP printer—only to be blocked from using it because it wasn’t HP-branded. I couldn’t get my printer online, so I signed in to HP.com, and the moment I registered the printer, it recognized the non-HP ink and immediately shut down. This happened in the middle of a workday—I rely on my printer daily. HP made it very clear that their priority is control, not customer satisfaction. So again, thank you—because of this experience, I went out and bought a Brother inkjet printer, and everything is better. It works, I can use whatever ink I choose, and I’ll never buy another HP product again. To anyone considering an HP printer: don’t. The restrictions are outrageous, the user experience is awful, and it feels like a trap. I truly hope HP rethinks this path—or goes out of business.
Review of dropbox
Just a few weeks after my yearly subscription was charged, my account was disabled. After asking why, I was told my account has child porn in it, which is obviously wrong.I would assume some algorithm mistook a photo for child porn, but I can't even dispute this because Dropbox's response was simply "the account is disabled and will not be reactivated, and we can't say why".So basically, they robbed me of 120 USD and I can't do anything about it.

I love what I can on WordPress but absolutely hate the convoluted and cryptic support forums it has. It’s not straightforward at all and there’s no openness. You’ve to be entrenched into WordPress community deeply before you can find any help whatsoever.

Review of softwareadvice
Contacted Software Advice for recommendations on accounting software. They were the top search result and seemed legit based on their website.Left my contact information (phone number and email). Was quickly contacted by their representative and we spent some time (approx. 10 minutes) discussing my needs. Before providing recommendations "Software Advice" asked for my address and postal code. This seemed strange to me since Software Advice already had my phone number and the area code provides the region (for any specific pricing or licensing).I informed the representative that I was uncomfortable providing this additional address information. At this point, I was informed that no recommendations can be given unless I provide the requested address information. In summary: No advice from Software Advice - phone & email for potential use in spamming - time wastedEdit: Within 3 hours of posting a review on TrustPilot, a representative from Software Advice contacted me by email with an apology and explanation. Furthermore, I was provided with software recommendations.- Thank you for caring about your brand (impressive). And thank you for your recommendations.

I just had a "midlife moment" in trying to work out which plan I was on, which one I needed, and which one I had been paying for! Vaida helped me out hugely - even supplying screenshots of the pages I need to visit to change my plan (and make sure I have completed all the necessary steps so as not to lose my active landing pages from the previous platform) Great service, friendly and polite (almost as though she could read my mind before I spoke!!)Highly recommended! Many thanks,Jo Squires (aka The Midlife Clarity Coach) - who wasn't quite so clear!

Review of facebook
I found out that someone used a photo of me to open a FB account back in 2016, it had over 40 of my contacts, a relative reported it as a fraud. So I set up a new account so I could also notify FB that the old account was not me as the birth date was incorrect by 31 years. I had the account open for 1 day, I even put a post that I hope my previous contacts would see my new FB acct with a pic with beard, and posted a written warning letting them know not to connect with the fake account my pic with no Beard. I sent the notification to FB. But instead, FB canceled my new account and told me that I was advertising a business which did not meet their guidelines. I appealed they denied? The last time I had a FB account was several years before the 2016 account appeared. I had closed my very 1st FB Account I had after notifying all my account contacts back several years before the 2016 fake account appeared. Face Book does not review anything they just delete accounts because it takes too much time to investigate. Also, I even opened a new account using a second email, added my middle Initial using my same password, they shut that account down for the same bogus reason. They never addressed the 2016 fake account. Just shut me down.
