No refunds on service plans

I bought their top of the line products. Tried out an annual service plan. Didn't use it. They charged me the following two years on autobill...which I didn't notice. I tried to cancel the day they charged me this year but they refused to give me a refund. I guess I won't buy their over-priced devices ever again.

I don't even understand the bad reviews on this site. This is the official GoPro website...how could it be bad? Fact is that: This site provide excellent customer service, precise tracking service, and quality products of course to arrive to your door. Highly recommended official website in the UK territory.

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. Purchased a very nice mirror from one of their sellers that had a flimsy bugle head screw that didn't even latch into the mount attached to the mirror. I was able to work around the issue my using a different screw and a butterfly.My wife actually order (2) more larger mirrors (similar type) from Etsy (same seller) and I reached out to them through their site message app and told them to cancel the 2nd order before they shipped them. Not only did they not respond to my cancelation, but the shipped them anyway. I attempted to explain the dilemma to the customer service person (no name of course) via the messaging app and they could not understand the issue after several messaging attempts over several days (because they don't respond quickly). I ended up disputing with CC.

Depop in 2016 was amazing but the Depop now will scam you yourself. I sold some yezzy trainers for £60 only to realises they added a boosting fee without my consent which is £4.80. So they crossed out £60 put £48 and withdrew £1.69 as a transactions fee and also £4.80 as a depop fee which I believe is the boosting fee as why would my item be cheaper…. But now I’m left with £40 which is ever so confusing because I should have received £58.8 so why do they discount your item and then take fees it’s a p.as take as you make nothing off this app better using vintage.

Poor customer service.

I actually really like ChatGPT. It’s been super helpful with all sorts of things – fixing my spelling and grammar, finding stuff online, checking the weather, giving me recipes, and even helping me write letters. It’s generally spot on and makes life a lot easier.But the customer service? Absolutely useless. I’ve contacted them three times now as a paying customer and got nothing back. No reply at all. It's like shouting into a void.The app itself deserves five stars, but the lack of support really lets it down. Two stars from me, and that’s being generous. That's really sad I really do enjoy the product obviously I'm not using it to its for potential but when there's a bargain it needs to be sorted out or there's a problem or whatever then customer service should be there for you and they aren't really put me off to using it in the future.

I would give them negative numbers if I could. Signed up my small start up with Zoom (I am a lawyer, and currently the ONLY employee with my LLC, but I already have customers) and paid for 1 year of service ahead of time, even though I was entitled to a "trial period" with Zoom. Cannot get help or even speak to a person - do not understand why Zoom believes customer avoidance and abuse is a good idea. When my credit card bill comes, I will tell the bank to cancel the charge, since I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH STUPID ROBOTS that apparently do not recognize my ID or host key numbers!!!. Tried to use this miserable meeting app today, and we had to switch to a phone call as the person who set up the meeting on their side could not hear me, although I could hear her. Tried to contact customer service, to no avail. This was after paying for ONE YEAR of ZOOM service via credit card. You do not deserve customers!!!!!!!!

Microsoft.So pretty much, Microsoft defend child grooming, harassment, hate speech and stuff of the sort now? Since when the h*ll have I made an account, had it since 2018, spent who knows how much. All just to be harassed as a teen? So you’re pretty much telling me right here, right now, that 20, 30 year old men or whatever, are allowed to sit. And make multiple accounts, call me names, mock me, spam me and more? Oh yeah! Forgot that doesn’t break rules on Xbox cause each time I report them nothing ever happens. But me on the other hand? Oh I’ve been banned two times between two accounts for a year for defending myself. But I forgot, nothings bad unless I report or tell a child groomer to leave me alone, right? What they did (which I have no joke I’d say atleast 900 screenshots) of them harassing me, either mocking me or threatening me. Which by the way, Is illegal. Since the employees are obviously useless and have no education whatsoever. (British but this has been off a legit American website) “offensive conduct may include, but is not limited to, offensive jokes, slurs, epithets or name calling.” (Gov.uk) it’s usually defined as behaviour that is: repeated. Intended to hurt someone either psychically or emotionally. Often aimed at certain groups, for example because of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation.” Microsoft has a policy against harassment and others, no? Anyway. Now onto the p**ophiles. As said previously, I’m a teen. So why exactly should I have to put up with being told, by them, to give my socials over and send explicit messages, videos, and or photos. But sure, what happened to “we will protect our users”? Forgot though, that’s only in place for the child groomers, right? Bulls**t corrupt company.

Update 2/18/25 - Their attempt to resolve this issue is not legitimate, i tried to get them to stop slamming my card month after month, my credit card company stopped paymemt and reversed the charges when Scrib wouldnt do anything. Update 2/13/25: Their response asking to submit info for them to review is a joke and an embarrassment! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. This is a scam and there is no legitimate way to cancel. They keep slamming my credit card every month even though we have disputed this with our credit card company. They get a chargeback but keep it up month after month wasting many hours with the bank. This company should be charged with fraud.

Avoid anything with the mastercard logo on that's all I can say I had issues with the bank card and not being able to access money the bank was rude and unhelpful so I tried to call mastercard again with no joy I kept being transferred to their scamming U.K company wirecard who are completely unobtainable unhelpful and no good when people are struggling to access funds taking days to respond if at all when I contacted visa previously with an issue they where more than happy to assist and was onto things almost straight away
