After disembarking the Oasis of the Seas I was astounded to find that Royal Caribbean had erroneously charged our Credit Card $50 for the non-return of two pool towels.All of our Royal Caribbean pool towels were returned on Coco Cay on the penultimate day of our recent cruise. The towel return booth on the RCL Resort was manned by Royal Caribbean staff, but, were only recording returns with pencil and paper. And, for TWO CRUISESHIPS at the same time. What could possibly go wrong.I have contacted Royal Caribbean to complain, and demand a refund in full, I am still awaiting a reply.I shall not let this go, and, will continue to post my awful experience online until I am paid in full.They also charged me $6, after they awarded me with a Casino Credit for the same amount. I complained immediately to Guest Services onboard, and they assured me it would be credited overnight.This did not happen.I hope everyone reading this review of my Horrible Experience with Royal Caribbean considers this before choosing their next cruise

I got a very quick and friendly reply from their support, who gave me a full refund of the paid fee. Fast, friendly and the perfect solution, so really great experience!

The new TOS is insane. The buyer has to pay a buyer fee, service fee, on top of shipping and taxes. Then to make matters worse they told sellers they’d have no fees, then encouraged them to lower their prices since they had no fees, charge them a $2 fee to take their money out, and they charge insane shipping surcharges. Crooked.

Avoid at all costs!They have thousands of our money and cannot give it to us as one director has resigned. The forms have been re-filled in and sent off 4 times as well as emailed to them.One member of staff says they have received nothing, another says yes we have received it and it is going through compliance. I call back every week and its a different story. It is not almost Feb 2024 and this have been going on since Nov 2023!We are having cash flow issues and are at the verge of just giving up!I called them again today and they want another form signed which they had forgot to send out. SO if i didn't contact them then we would have been waiting god knows how long.Call after call, week after week and we are still at square one!If you want your business to succeed then avoid at all costs!

One Saturday I received 11 mails like the one I am answering to now. I repeat: 11.I had a weekend duty as my company works 24/7. When on weekend duty, I don't need to sit in front of computer at all times but need to have my e-mail notifications ON on my mobile phone and react to whatever comes. Imagine my "joy" when busy with whatever home: cooking, cleaning, shopping etc. I need to stop my stuff because I am receiving a mail that may actually be sent whenever and that is actually not important. I wouldn't mind one, but it was 11. This is the first thing coming across my head when asked for customer's satisfaction.The actual service of pakke.dk is absolutely satisfactory and we are definitely intending to continue.

Kofi is the most dishonest and disingenuous company I have ever dealt with. We are a charity and had our page listed under the title mycammedia. They unpublished our page for no valid reason - despite asking them three times to indicate why. We appealed three times in a row and NEVER received a response of any kind. While this was happening, we lost the ability to contact our donors, or to stop subscriptions. As of this point in time, we have had absolutely NO response for them after a MONTH of trying to find out why this was done to us. As a charity we are DESPERATE for donations and have been deliberately just cut off from one of our major sources of donations, without warning, without notice. We are now facing severe financial difficulty due to being cutoff from some of our major donors. 16/6/25 UpdateThanks to the malicious and egregious behaviour of Kofi, we are now facing the worst financial crisis we have ever had. After IGNORING THREE appeals, each of which you claim to answer within days, for a MONTH and then pretending to just magically make our channel go live again after a review here, like nothing happened. The damage is done: Despite ordinarily giving support within 1 day to everyone else - Kofi deliberately targeted us to ignore for a month UNTIL WE CAME HERE.It is clear that Kofi treated us maliciously in a manner that is not the experience of other contributors - WHY?Our monthly subscribers are GONEWe have not had a single donation since Kofi did this to us over 6 weeks ago.Kofi deliberately prevented us from contacting our donors.We have literally missed 6 weeks of donations we would otherwise have received. We use our real names, address, adopters real names(with consent!), vets and their clinic names - Any visitor to Indonesia can walk straight in and see with their own eyes the animals we rescue. I made an account as I had some videos I wanted to post for people to see. I have them on my computer but sometimes I want to be able to post them in conversations online. The videos were mainly interviews with people from war zone in Ukraine, which showed a very different picture from the current Western propaganda and party line. Account deleted without any explanation a couple of days later. I was not monetizing it. It was simply to show these interviews with English subtitles.There is no recourse, nothing. I tried to find a way to ask them why they deleted my account -- nothing like that provided.This is the worst platform for videos I've seen. I checked and they have porn on this platform as well. Figures.

I have a flight school Embry Riddle that terrorizes me everyday for the last 6 yrs. They take down my reviews when I call them out on it. They say It apears that I dont have first hand experience with them. Well with thousands of pics and hours of these jerks over my house I dont know how much more I need. By they way they fly from Daytona International airport on a beeline to Bunnell in Flagler county everyday from 7 am till 9 pm. Its about 45 min by road.

UPS was supposed to deliver a refrigerated Honey Baked Ham Friday May 16, they missed that date. Then Saturday May 17 well that is not going to happen. Its sitting in Louisville KY to be delivered Monday May 19. I cannot serve food after 5 days in transit unless I want listeria or salmonella for my guests. UPS a TOTAL Failure!

I received something totally not what I ordered, so Temu reshipped supposedly the item I was supposed to receive but they picked a useless loser of a courier service for it and I am still waiting even though it shows on the tracking that the courier has it but will take days to deliver it, still haven't received it from the useless courier service...it shows that if I haven't received it by the 1/6/2025 I will get $5 credit for being late, but no it's the 4/6/2025 and still have not received the $5 credit and all pathetic Temu wrote back to me saying... sorry we can't compensate you..what a load of crap Temu, you are pathetic false advertising losers and don't care one bit about your customers!!!!

Rude and Unhelpful.I contacted my bank about my credit card not working. They sent me to master card customer service fraud department. This was at approximately 12:00 pm MST. The woman that answered was yawning and sounded like she just got out of bed. I believe her name was Darla or Darlene. Her attitude was completely put out at having to talk to me. I told her what the issue was and she said she needed more information. I gave her as much information as I could, and she loudly says "FINALLY", at which point I told her she could try to be more polite. She then proceeded to tell me that "You people call and expect me to help you. You don't give the right information. You can't talk to me like that". I said "You are talking to me like that and you are not being helpful--you're being rude". She then transferred me to Lost and Stolen cards which I did not need. Perhaps she could ask the questions she needs the answer to, and act like she doesn't hate her job and anyone that she has to speak to. If I spoke to someone like that on the phone at work I would be fired.

Abysmal. I was abroad for 5 days in a Fi-supported city. They cut off my service out of nowhere; I was 30 mins by car from where I was staying and about to call an Uber. I embarrassingly had to ask someone to call an Uber for me because I was stranded. When I finally got on WiFi and contacted support they told me "As per our Terms of Service, Fi must be primarily used in the United States (territories not included) and isn’t intended for extended international use. If you plan to stay abroad, we recommend you use a local carrier until you return to the US." I said I am a US citizen with a US address and a US job. I am here for 2 weeks. I explained this then asked why was my service cut off without warning? Sai Murali kindly sent me the exact same copy pasted response, then when I asked for this to be escalated the conversation was ended. Now I am stuck here without service until my trip ends. The funniest part is I only got this service because it allows you to use it abroad. The coverage in the US is garbage and I live just outside NYC, can't imagine using this outside a major urban area. Just pure garbage. They shouldn't advertise this as a service that can be used outside of the US and then strand their customers abroad. You can bet as soon as I get home I'm getting another carrier, and another phone for that matter - I specifically bought a Pixel because it's integrated with Fi. Screw Google, this behavior, customer service, and FALSE ADVERTISING is an absolute shame. 0-1482000032469 is the reference for my conversation, should anyone at Google Fi actually care, though I sincerely doubt it.
