Not impressed with senior management. Although I've had good service from the tech team this company is very unreasonable and mis sold and mis-advertised the deal I got. For the first 2 weeks I had no IP to even send emails so it didn't work as a service. Refund or discount on following month was refused. Blazej being the one that is more rigid than a rock on this. For a new customer i was suprised to be treated like that and am already looking elsewhere for this dishonesty.

Ahrefs is great for niche research and for domain rating, but when it comes to traffic and keyword research, the estimates can be quite off, making the process frustrating and confusing. Plus, their pricing is pretty high for what they offer, and I’m not sure it’s really worth it.

I never authorized the most recent charge from Academia Premium, and I was not notified before it was billed. *My credit card number had changed, and they still managed to charge my new card, which I never entered on their site.* That’s deeply concerning and feels like a serious breach of trust and security.I reached out to request a refund and was told that they do not issue refunds under any circumstances, even for unauthorized transactions. That is completely unacceptable. This constitutes a scam.This is not a subscription I actively signed up for, and there is no way to manage it through Apple or any standard platform. You are forced to navigate their confusing website just to attempt cancellation, and even then, they make it difficult to confirm.Avoid this company at all costs. Never give them your credit card as they will use it for unauthorized charges, and their customer support will do nothing to help you.

What a nightmare piece of equipment. A plumber recommended it because electricians couldn't fix the timer/thermostat connection of my boiler. So the old timer has been replaced with the Nest and I've already spent HOURS of my time trying to get the thing to work, with no luck. I have to press the boost button to start my boiler, so there's no way to put it on a timer, and I can't control the temperature. I used a HIVE in previous properties and it was much better.

Don't play their trade in game. They won't evaluate your trade in a timely manner if at all. You have no way of contacting them to inquire about the trade in. Now I feel like I got scammed as I am waiting for their email that says the trade in was denied and they will charge me more without a way to return the original order. For such a big company, I feel like I was baited. Not a good sales tactic as I won't fall for the scam again. Avoid buying anything from Samsung as their sales practices are sketchy.

TERRIBLEThe M! version is plagued with issues and has never run correctly. DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will email you for supprt and then simply provide links for you to "learn how to install..." and other such "help".If you are a MAC user, one of the reasons you are is to avoid Windows and have a user focused experience. The "Help" desk side of this business is terrible. Takes 2-3 days to get an email response and then they may fix problems with your M! compatible version but then give you links on how do to all the rest of the work to get it running. I purchased a few months ago and they cannot get it to run and now tell me its beyond the refund period. STAY AWAY unless you're an experienced windows techie.UPDATE (May 27) The company responded very quickly AFTER I posted this review. I want to make sure their response below was not the end of the story since it leaves the impression things were addressed timely. I’m now fully using a competitive product that was super easy to install and who’s help desk did not take 48 hours to respond to inquiries. Parallels still refuses to refund my money even though they could never get the product to run on my machine stating I’m outside of the refund period. Mac users be warned.Update (June 1) They reached out via email today to let me know they have refunded my $99. Just to be consistent with their lack of accountability, they had to note in the email that “the decision to refund your money was made on May 13th, however it was never brought up again”. I don’t even really know what the means but what I do know is I received attention two times immediately after posting here and it took weeks to hear back through their e-mail only help desk. Happy to be done with them and happy they pay more attention to reviews than the help desk. Trustpilot works!

When my Windows 10 PC developed a motherboard problem, I needed a way to continue to run the 4-5 legacy programs for which Mac has no suitable alternative. Rather than buying a new PC, I decided to try Parallels on my M1 Mac Mini. It was easy to install, runs everything I need to, and my only wish it that it may sometime be able to run older Windows versions for nostalgia sake. But it does everything I need it to do, and also allows me to play around with Ubuntu. Recommended.

HP. We had a water damaged power supply. They recommended one which we bought but doesnt fit.Try and get past their automated phone system. Its impossible. After half an hour i gave up.Link on the website to talk to an expert. Never one available. Pointless waste of time.

I paid a lot more in this store because they said they will deliver it in a day. Today is the second day of waiting and by contacting their chat agent it was impossible to get assistance. Was rude and unprofessional. Overall price = ridiculous. Delivery time = scam!. Support assistance = better talk with AI.Completely disspaointed.

Far too many annoying pop-ups interrupt productivity. Too many confusing promos from AVG have enticed me into purchasing products I might not need and that probably overlap. The VPN product is extremely difficult to manage at my work location and interferes with productivity.
