BBC Chelsea Flower Show. Please get these wiffle waffle interviews and demonstrations off the show this week. We just can’t see the show gardens in detail, there are hundreds of garden programmes on how to plant pots. Boring!!!!!! Please God show us the Chelsea Flower Show. Not woke interviews and lessons for babies!

My first time using AT&T I was trying to get a dedicated DSL line for one of my servers. Their salesperson on the phone lied to me about the cost of service, and I was forced to cancel after the first month. They tried to charge me even more money for cancelling early.A decade later, I was shopping cell phone providers and I thought "Okay, I'll give them another spin." Their salesperson lied to me *again* by taking my phone, "looking at my account," and then assuring me there would be no penalties or fees for switching to AT&T. I had to pay over $600 in fees. AT&T support never made it right, instead insisting that it wasn't their fault because the third-party company THEY HIRED was the employer for the sales people.THEN, when I cancelled my service with AT&T they told me that my device would immediately be available for unlock to use with another provider. This turned out to be yet another lie.All this company does is lie. Never use AT&T as long as you have the option to go with literally anyone else.

Extremely Frustrating A-to-Z Claim Process – No Resolution in Sight

I ordered a defective Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 from Bossdeal, but the seller didn’t provide a prepaid return label as required for defective items. Amazon’s A-to-Z claim process has been a nightmare. Despite providing all necessary details, Amazon continues to ask for a tracking number that I cannot provide because the seller didn’t offer a return label.The seller is only offering a partial refund which goes against the amazon renewed guarantee, and Amazon has not resolved the issue or provided a clear solution. I was promised help, but nothing has changed, and I’m stuck in a loop with no resolution. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and it’s clear that Amazon is not upholding its A-to-Z Guarantee in this case.

Abysmal Thomann shopping experience

I ordered a guitar from Thomann which they shipped with UPS and for which I paid import taxes to Canada. The product came damaged due to improper packaging and UPS handling (the box had 2 holes in it) and the guitar neck was cracked, so I returned it and asked for a replacement which Thomann honoured, shipping the replacement with UPS again.UPS asks me to pay the import taxes a 2nd time because Thomann didn't stipulate in the Commercial Invoice of the replaced product that it is a Replacement Product which would wave the import charges according to UPS itself.I wrote to Thomann customer service and despite initial responses, they still haven't provided a rectified Commercial Invoice directly to UPS to clarify the replacement problem. Despite my best attempts to be the liaison, which is probably very convenient for both Thomann and UPS, when I should not, we should not, the customer must not be between the store and the shipper in such cases, when the store is part of the issue. As of writing this review Feb 11, 2025 – Thomann & UPS still didn't deliver my guitar yet. It's been more than 1 a month since the damaged product and 20 days since the replacement shipment. I'm now considering legal options to try and get this solved.

Don't "upgrade" if you have a package deal (Hulu)

We had the Spotify-Hulu package for 11.99 - I was sent an email to upgrade to Spotify Duo where 2 people in the house can share Spotify service, but with 2 different users with separate playlists on one account for 15.99. Great idea since my elderly father moved in and likes to sit in his chair listening to music. Only problem is there was no warning that once we upgrade (which is really a downgrade), we lose Hulu. I contacted support who told me that the Spotify-Hulu package is no longer available as a package. Great.. Had I known, I would have just let my dad make his own playlist on my account. Nice job Spotify. Way to treat a long-time customer.

From bad to worse

Amazon seem to be getting worse years ago they were great but now er no. I've had so many issues with products and deliveries over the past few months it's driving me mad. Parcels deliverd to someone else's address and showing delivered. Parcels left on the drive in the rain (even when I was in). Parcels not even being delivered. The customer service is a joke! They simply don't care and will say anything to get rid of you. Unfortunately Amazon are far to big and convenient for any individual to make a difference. Why do they care if I complain. Not much I can do really but thought I would air my views.
