Returned an item signed for. Received email saying product received back and refund would be initiated when back in their warehouse. Some. 14 days later still no refund received.After long time on customer service I was asked to provide proof of delivery even though they told me they had received item. How is the transfer of an item received by them but not known of by their warehouse my problem.Submitted huge form with pictures of signed post office delivery proof.After a number of days they confirmed receipt of return at their warehouse then I found out they also deducted a return item fee of £2.75 off the returned item which originally only cost 19.99. Never again!

I don't trust in Yelp, it's worst website ever! They call in the office to ask to pay for advertising and they will take care of business! No results, no leads, and they not accept positive reviews from the real customers but they accept only fake negative reviews for fake users!

I ordered a phone case with my artwork on it. I wanted to check the arrival date because it seemed to be taking a long time and guess what, you can't see orders on the website. I called and talked with an extremely rude and unconcerned customer support agent who told me that it was "in Ohio" but wouldn't give me any details, wouldn't tell me how I could see for myself what was going on with it and wouldn't transfer me to someone who would. I asked for a refund and she said that "Lorenz" would have to email me. I asked who that was and she said "the supervisor". completely useless customer service.

Customer Service is a joke!! I bought $100 worth of food that shows up burnt cold old, just gross and all they wanted to do is give me a $5 credit, are you out of your mind. I had all bags back outside so they could come back and get and took pictures. Nothing...they told me to email pictures and they said the case was closed. They stole from me and my family. The restaurant did apologize and said their electricity went out. Everyone should have closed. Reckless

Appalling company! Total absence of customer service. In pandemic the message is, if you pay for Pro, you won't be able to get support! What planet are they on? It's 2020. Your competitors are coming up fast and you cannot afford to take this attitude with customers. If you can't cope, sell it to somebody who can because you have customers who need support NOW, not robots and a total lack of service. This is one of 2 things, you're either out of your depth or complacent. I'm off to find a better service. Would never recommend now.

Update 22/2-24: After constant pressure to talk to Evernote and posting here on Trustpilot, I finally got a response and Evernote refunded the amount according to their terms and conditions. I have now closed my account and found another solution.-------9/2-24:I have been a paid user since 2012. The user interface and meaning of Evernote is great, but Evernote doesn't respond to price enquiries and seems quite unreliable.My annual subscription price doubled "over night" and it's automatically charged to my Mastercard. I then wanted to cancel my subscription and get a full refund according to their terms and conditions. They did not respond to my request and I heard nothing more from Evernote. Now I have to block Evernote at Mastecard so that in a year's time they don't automatically charge my Mastercard again. Conclusion: never pay automatically via credit card.

Under the Sales and Supply of Goods Act UK you are providing me with faulty goods and no replacement. This is illegal.The battery adapter comes away at the top of the lead. My motherboard bricks. There is no replacement battery adapter on your website and you tell me it is not under warranty. I buy a new one. It has a hazard light warning, doesn't charge to 100%, It loses charge when it is plugged in.I spent £2000 on a laptop and £50 on replacement adapters that don't work within 2 years. The inconsistent power hampers the gaming playback. In general I am dissatisfied with the product, I cannot keep spending over £50 on battery adapters that may or may not work and I am scared of the motherboard bricking again.Your support team sends me smiley faces. I am never purchasing anything from Dell again as it breaks within 2 years and there is no replacement or solution and the warranty doesn't cover me properly.
