I bought 4 pairs of shoes and returned them because it was obvious they were previously worn. They were not even wrapped in the boxes. I paid to ship them back. I received an email stating that they are deducting a fee to return them. They are a rip off, I will never purchase anything from them again.

Brand essence gone — no customer support

We use Canva Pro for an international company with over 100 employees. Everything related to brand essence is suddenly gone: logos, backgrounds and other brand elements have disappeared. There is no customer support. Only AI via e-mail - we keep receiving the same repeated response. This has been going on for a week now, and we haven’t made any progress.

Review of att

They scam you!

They offer trade in promotions and then lie about the condition of the item being traded in. In my case they said my phone wouldn’t turn on although I used the phone right up until mailing it in. Their trade in program is nothing short of a scam

Bait & Switch

A door to door sales rep sold me on the promise of a much cheaper monthly rate than our current carrier. We’d be saving $55/mo — turns out she gave me “misinformation” (as ATT put it) but there was nothing they could do to help. Currently paying more than before but I will be cancelling my wireless with them. Bait & switch lies. And now they get to keep my activation fees ($80).

I hardly ever write Bad reviews

I hardly ever write Bad reviews. But I have to write this Bad one, only because, just recently I was told my cancellation bill will be $999.99, I went through the roof. And I’ve been trying to cancel them for 2 weeks, at no avail. And I just opened an account, you got it, 2 weeks ago. Only because I don’t receive a good phone reception, just to call my wife in our home. Poor greeting at the store.

Review of opentable

We used Open Table (for the last time)…

We used Open Table (for the last time) this evening. We made a 6 pm reservation at The Grand Marlin on Pensacola Beach for March 21, 2025. I had asked for a 7 pm reservation, but Open Table said they didn’t have anything open for that time. So we secured the reservation for 6. We arrived at the restaurant tonight 15 minutes early for our reservation. The hostess said they had our reservation but there would be at least an hour wait. To add insult to injury, a lady came up behind us with the same number of people (3) in her party, and they told her it would also be an hour wait. She didn’t have a reservation. With the technology available these days, the restaurant should have called us or emailed us (they had all of our contact information), to let us know we wouldn’t be able to get in until 7:15. This would have been perfect if they had let us know beforehand. But we got no notice. I’m sure Open Table will blame the restaurant. The restaurant blamed Open Table (saying Open table issued too many reservations). I’m not sure whose fault this was (I’m also writing a negative review for the restaurant), but this was ridiculous. Again, Open Table had all of our contact information, and could have easily alerted us. Fortunately, we called Drift (a much much better restaurant than The Grand Marlin) and they were able to get us right in (without the need for a reservation). As I said, we will never eat at The Grand Marlin again. More importantly, we will never use Open Table again. Please use Resy. They are so much better. Good bye, Open Table.

Review of lego

Order placed via Lego.com

Order placed via Lego.com. No prior notification of delivery so was out when they tried to deliver. They then lost the parcel for about 4 days before it turned up at a DPD collection point in a different town, despite there being a collection point very close to our house. Customer Service were actually very helpful initially, until my Son placed a new order three days later when he found he had been "blacklisted" for life and could no longer place any more orders. So in short, they lost the parcel and because we dared to complain about this they then closed the account and told us we will have to buy via their shop in future.

I started reading Techopedia to learn more about blockchain, but I found the content too beginner-oriented. It would be nice if they included more advanced discussions and practical examples for developers working in the field.

Sonys refund system is flawed

Sonys refund system is fundamentally flawed, for the customer. When buying games from their store, until you have downloaded the game, you cant tell if it's something you'd enjoy playing or not. Then their policy kicks and states, that unless faulty, you can return a product for a refund as long as it hasnt been downloaded. They should amend their policy to follow Steam. If the game hasn't been played for more than a couple of hours, you can easily return for a full refund.Their customer service bot is only there to cut customers off before reaching any agents. For the amount of money i have spent on sony games over the years, a little goodwill or change to their policy may increase their customer retention levels.

Review of parallels

Beware unwanted subscriptions

The company behind this product, Cleverbridge ag, renewed my annual - unwanted - Parallels subscription without warning, without consent and without option to refund. The net shows many others with similar complaints. After my critical Trustpilot review Parallels got in touch promptly and refunded, for which thanks, but that doesn't help others caught out. Another tech company emailed me just now to alert me their subscription will fall due in two days time, with an option to cancel. Parallels / Cleverbridge please copy.

Review of kroger

Scammed by kroger

I did the buy 2 get 2 free sale for sodas and placed my order on January 14th for the delivery the next day since same day wasn't available. They delivered my order and charged me $60 extra stating the sale was over on the 14th yet I placed it and the money came out on the 14th. I contact customer service to find out refunds were not allowed and that there was nothing they could do to fix the price jump of $60. The next day I noticed another $60 charge which they claim they didn't have on my account yet the bank confirmed it. I reached out to my bank and reported it as fraud do to me not authorizing a $60 charge. I also am reaching out to attorneys due to finding out this is common with kroger. Shame on them

Review of amazon

Very Disappointed – Gift Card Balance Useless Outside Country

I am extremely disappointed with Amazon's regional gift card policy. I have two gift cards — one for €20 (Amazon.de) and another for $25 (Amazon.com). Both were redeemed successfully, but I live in India and I cannot use the balance due to unfair regional restrictions. Why does Amazon not allow users to transfer or use their own balance across country-specific sites? It’s my money, and now it’s locked in accounts that I cannot use without paying high shipping and import fees. Digital content is also limited by region. This experience is very frustrating and makes me question the customer-friendliness of Amazon’s global platform. Please fix this — customers should be able to:Use their balance across Amazon regionsTransfer funds between country accountsAvoid being trapped by country-locks after redemptionI hope Amazon listens and takes action to improve this experience.
