If the two sales men from Cardiff try to sell you this system you need to run away from them both FAST! I did try to put there names in here but clover have flagged my review as containing personal info. Which is probably because they know that the pair of them are like utter wide boy con artists. ALSO not quite sure how clover get away with treating people like they do. They lie about the term of the contractThey lie about the reliability of the tillThey lie about the softwareThey lie about compatibilityThey lie about chargesThey are a pair of dell boys and give all other sales people a bad name, I am assuming they only care about their commission or bonuses or whatever they get because they certainly have zero care for their customers We are left with a system that is unable to service our requirements and a large cost to get out of our 4 YEAR CONTRACT which was never communicated to us. After phoning first data to complain they ask for evidence in writing which you of course do not have because everything is verbal, obviously very cunning on Jobby and Snark's part. They either don't know or don't care how there contracts are being obtained. They do appear to be helpful in the customer service team but can't do anything for you so you are left with no outcome. The support team and also useless and dial into the til to search for faults and then tell you that there's nothing wrong with it or its your Internets fault for being too slow, which is utter rubbish. The til continues to crash, freeze, lose payments and be generally bunk! DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!!!! Something needs to be done about this company on a mass scale by some sort of governing body because just reading the rest of these reviews they have done this to far too many people and businessesWe're going to start legal proceedings againt this company very soon

I want to return a package (receive at 14 january) and the option "create a return" doesnt show up!!! The AI chat doesnt help at all. WORST experience ever. It was a gift and we wanted to return this sneakers and buy another one but with another size.

Garbage developed by monkeys.Zoom, Webex, TeamViever, you would think they could just copy any of these to get a proper product. Instead, you need at least a triple monitor station to be able to use this awful piece of junk - One display just to open the invite, which will open a sepearate window just to display: "We're sorry - We've run into an issue.Retry"You need to keep this page opened, or the meeting ends.So on your second screen, you can have the meeting. With a default layout preventing you from adjusting the scale, so you cannot see anything if your contact has an high resolution display. Of course, the chat panel and participant panels are on the right, and cant be moved at the top or bottom, causing the actual screen sharing to be even smaller, completely unusable if you do not have a 4k display.But do not worry, just use the split option to have separate panels, then you can move the chat and participant window on your third display and maybe then you can start having a normal meeting like you would with Zoom or Webex. Now if you need to actually consult documentation while on a session, what is next, two more displays? As my Mac supports only 3 displays, maybe I need also a second computer?You spend half the time troubleshooting the interface during meetings. Panels go to the background, windows are all over the place and you never find the simple functions you need.The chat shortcut ctrl+a ctrl+c ctrl+v are still not working on a Mac despite the numerous feedbacks sent (They can't be bothered to do key mapping or test their app on a Mac I guess...)So all and all, Monkey software developed by monkeys, on the cheap, and sold to the corporate world for millions. What a complete scam this is.

For a few weeks everything worked more or less fine with dreamhost, but all of a sudden emails do not get through, which means all the bills that I sent did not get through, which is a lot of additional work for me.The support suggests that the recipients email-program is the problem, even though NONE of them receive my emails, so it cannot be the problem. I can also all of a sudden not log into my account, which used to work, then worked again, now it doesn't.
