Asus loads their laptops with crazy amounts of 3rd party apps which significantly diminish processing speeds. Yes, you can remove them but why should you have to use your time doing that before the laptop is actually usable? Plus, they will keep recommending and selling the apps with popups on your computer. I will say they fixed a bad port in less than a week and the process was relatively easy. However, the port went bad after only a couple of months of use (new not refurbished laptop).

Can't upload videos up through my phone to WordPress, but I can every where else YouTube, Twitter, Periscope, Google Plus, Google Storage, and many other sites with out any problems. And not using WFI. All I get from your engineer is it's my fault some how, phones to slow, Video to big, 4Glight instead of just 4G, that must be it! I asked what error codes are they getting on their end I was told none! One thing I can't stand is being lied to! You can't see on a network server when I was trying to start uploading my files? Huh? Right! Back in the day I used to put my own files video etc directly on the website server! For some reason my videos are being blocked from uploading. I was able to upload one. Then I. Kept trying and finally was able to upload one of the Videos that was not uploading. It had numerous bugs during the video uploading. Going on. Like unstable software. I have seen your unstable software in other areas of your product doing different tasks.

An International scammers market! Don’t trust them. This is not the same as Amazon U.S by any means. I sent back an unopened package for a refund to the value of $630. They have received the package & are telling me it will take them FOUR weeks to organise a refund. The customer service team are all international robots. There is no customer resolutions teams you can speak to and no one cares. They say someone will call you back but they never do. Steer clear.

They will ignore all requests Screw up deliveries Send used hardwareNot return phone calls. Send statements to the wrong addresses.Hold moneyAnd just generally painful to deal with. Please take my advice and avoid First data like the Plague. Clover as a system is amazing however it is completely ruined by first datas terrible service.
