This app is terrible! Just trying to buy some crypto. Went through the identification process which failed and which took multiple attempts.Eventually worked out I needed to use the inside of the passport, not the front, like the instructions said. Tried to add some money. All my cards were denied. Very annoying, as I will miss the window to buy at a good price. Binance certainly are not going to attract new customers with their app being so difficult. Will not be recommending to my friends.

Lost connection. Spoke with two different customer service reps. Horrible! The only thing they didn't ask was if my TV was plugged in!!! Both had me do the exact same thing, waste of time the first time I did it! They do NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. The guy asked me to get my manual out so he could get the model number. Asked why I couldn't just pull it up on my TV screen???!!! I should not know more than either of them! I have been on hold for 35 minutes for a Supervisor, No one has come back on.

We have had Hulu many years. In the last year I have had to skip favorite tv shows and watch what I can on other apps. I do not call customer service because it seems ALL companies have their call centers overseas making them worthless. Hulu is the most expensive streaming service we have and is now the worst we have, only because I deleted Paramount +. I wasn’t paying for Paramount so it was no big loss. After reading other reviews for Hulu I am VERY close to canceling this one as well.
