Royal Caribbean allows drugs onboard! Beware!I purchased a 4-day trip on RC, Voyager of the Seas balcony cabin (#9273) and someone in my vicinity (above, below, left or right side) smoked pot, weed, marijuana – a serious health risk for me - the whole time where I couldn’t enjoy my balcony. Needless, to say I am sorely disappointed in my experience as a first-time passenger with RC. I made multiple complaints (and although it was reported), no remedy was ever implemented. The problem continued. Their only compensation was $100 for a $1300 trip. I asked for $50/day, and they told me their policy only allows up to $100 for smoking inconvenience (they don’t classify drugs as a problem, who knew??!). RC doesn’t care about its passengers, repeat customers, or our health. I am sorely disappointed and will never travel with them again. Just beware if pot bothers you, you may get a pothead near you, and RC will do nothing about it (but profusely apologize and never find and/or remedy the problem). If the port of Galveston security can’t do their jobs to enforce some level of safety, then it’s only a matter of time before a bomb or gun will somehow find its way on the ship too. It’s obvious that unless RC gets enough bad press, they will do nothing about drugs on the ship. Good riddance, not worth it (the time, the money spent, discounts, credits, sales ---- NOTHING)!

This company is pathetic. Clearly shows in the reviews. Call them to service a dryer, the tech shows up and turned the dryer on; he didn't hear the noise. I show him a video of the dryer malfunctioning and his reply was "sorry, nothing I can do if I don't hear it". YOU HAVE A VIDEO SHOWING YOU THE PROBLEM!!!!!!! Will never buy LG again

I came in at around 12 am and was denied being served even after showing passport proving my age. The guy behind the counter said it was challenge 25 even though showing him my passport. wasted my time and money on getting there to be turned away

I had the worst experience with this site they allow sellers to sell counterfeit items they don’t help in any way for you to get a refund it’s sad the worst customer service I’ve had to deal with I would not suggest anyone buying from this site it’s a total ripoff

Worst experience ever! Took money which they didn’t even suppose to take, now it’s been 3 months and we haven’t got a refund. The ads are cancelled but they still trying to take money every 1st of the months for what??? Ads on google doesn’t even run atm. Be very careful with them. They will tease you around and around and will never take responsibility for what they did. Every tome tried to contact customer service they just ask to wait 24h or 48h, and after that nothing is changing, they so useless that can’t even talk with you about the issue what they made.Avoid avoid avoid

The customer service is a joke. It takes 20 years to get an actual reply, but they only give you 2 days to reply back to them, and if you dont they support ticket dies and you have to send in a brand new one and the cycle starts again, forcing you to be on your toes checking your email every day to see if they responded. Not only that but who ever thought that the current reputation system in Rainbow Six Siege was a good idea, they need to be barred from ever coming close to the games industry for life. How do you create something so Anti-competitive in one of the hardest and most competitive games available. What pisses me off the most is that reaching 100 negative units, something in which you CANT lower for some reason unless you wait 90 days or play 100 games! (INSANE), LOCK YOU OUT OF HALF OF THE GAMES CONTENT! Actual lunacy.
