I had ordered a refrigerator

I had ordered a refrigerator, they texted me a 8 hr delivery window the night before delivery. I emptyed my refrigerator waiting for new one to be delivered. It never came, and they didn't even notify me it was out of stock. Worst customer service. I never had any delivery issues with their competitor Home Depot.

Nightmare to cancel

I have to agree with other reviewers - it is a ridiculous hassle to cancel your subscription, and they refuse to accept your written notification of intent to cancel. They make you waste time calling them. No other company I use makes it this awkward to cancel a service, or refuses to accept your written cancellation request. Definitely not a recipe for a returning or loyal customer, so my advice is don't bother at all.

I couldn't get into my booked hotel, no refund or assistance

I arrived at my booked accommodation at exactly the time I said I would, just before the end of reception hours, but there was no-one there. The phone number on my booking was just an automated line that provided no assistance. There was no way to contact the accommodation. There was also no way to contact Hotels.com because they have no human assistance available any more, only an AI chat bot. This chat bot is completely useless if you have a problem with a current or past booking, it doesn't even have an option for that, it can only discuss future bookings. I had to find alternative accomodation at 22:30 which was very stressful. I have been given no refund or even apology by either the accommodation, Hotiday or Hotels.com

I love everything about your your site…

I love everything about your your site I would love to see an app on Android that way I can look at games when I'm outside of my house. Currently I'm going through the actual browser, it would just make it more convenient because I love to shop for old games and I've beaten most of the ones that I bought

This is a total SCAM website. They tell you they will send you a 10$ Amazon gift card if you write at least 2 reviews but at they end they do not send anything.They just come up with dodgy excuse that they could not verify your identity, they ask you more personal info, bla bla bla and ultimately they just stop replying you.Beware, this is a total SCAM. Do not waste your time with Capterra reviews, you will not get anything in return.IN REPLY: whatever, you are just a scam company. Your review score on trustpilot is 3/10 : that says it all ! You attract people with fake gift or money promises and then systematically claim their review do not meet your guidelines. Your only guideline is to scam people. Shame on you....

Very well written with nice pictures

This was a new book. It's well written about how women played a part in WWII in aviation. There are really nice pictures in this book. This company is always fast at getting your orders to you. I have had very few complaints. I have placed many orders from them with 95% happy with my order. I always look for books there first.

Removing all your sensitive data after inactive period of 2 years is pure evil and it should be illegal. They send e-mail notification 3 days before, if you don't login on time, all your data is gone with no possibility to recover.
