They lost my business. Too many late orders and terrible quality printing, which they will try to gaslight you saying that it was your file that caused it. I’ve been working with digital art for over a decade. If something went wrong it’s on your end with the incompetent staff you clearly have now. Don’t ask for a reimbursement on poor prints. They will not give you one and will once again blame it on you. You’re scammers, your company is farce, and I can’t wait to tell other business owners that you’re completely worthless 😘

Ordered shipping of 2 packages to Australia - first amount was on the way raised for collecting a package (not usual, but ok). The system didn't create label, so I contacted their support. Well well - ordered and paid service is not available, but I can add 800 DKK and get the service, I already paid for. This is pure cheating! When I said - this is not my problem they can't provide service I paid for, I got offer on 400 KR additional service instead of 800 DKK, so pakke.dk is admitting something was smelling there, but still wanted more. Take good care by ordering anything by this misleading page - they will offer you cheaper service and try to charge you afterwards!

And now, when I am on a Starter Plan (it is a paid plan, not a FREE PLAN!), the system gives me a notification that in order for me to generate Terms&Conditions, I need to upgrade. I dont want to do anything with such approach.2. the interface is all over the place. Too many add-ons and the impression is that they are more interested in selling additional features than doing the job that is just right there. Totally wasted my time, I asked for a refund! Now, I am off to find another platform for these kinds of things.

I used to dread having 100 emails sitting in my inbox that are months old that needed to be responded to. Calendy is a small service that changed my life in that it made it super easy to schedule short 20 minute phone calls with people to follow up on email threads that I just never found the energy to go back and forth on to schedule appointments.
Whenever I get an email chain that goes beyond 3 replies, I just shoot them a calendy link to have them schedule a 20 minute phone call. It takes zero work to do this and most of the time people won't even book a time to talk on the phone which is a relief and saved me the effort of wasting time on neverending email chains.
