Chronos Poor return on investment! Lost 3/4 of investment in staking!Customer service also is of no service! Nothing of what is proposed is user friendly! I was dicked around in chat room, the agent was of no help and wanted me to do all the work in his place, all I wanted was to speak to an agent but he insisted on chat! I then called their complaint line twice and there was no answer, they called me back and I was able to rectify my issues after speaking with complaint manager. He asked if I was interested in investing more funds with them, he did not like my answer so he abruptly hung up on me! Wealthsimple is a better platform! Good luck Crypto.com

I had bought an ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 8GB TURBO graphics card back in late 2017 for $499. It's been working great until recently where the screen cut to black in the middle of playing some APEX. Didn't know what happened until I saw the smoke from my computer! Turned it off and looked inside, the graphics card had popped and left a bunch of burn marks on the PCB (It even blew a hole through it!). Worry not, ASUS warranty to the rescue, or so I thought. I shipped them the card, and what do I get? A bill for $1133 + tax to fix it!!! They keep saying it's "Physical damage" and they won't warranty it. Well of course it's going to leave some nasty burns on it, the damn thing caught fire! If this is how they treat customers over a manufacturing defect that is ASUS fault, I will never buy ASUS again!

I purchased a 55" LG CX OLED TV earlier this year and since I've had it there have been problems with the audio desynchronizing from the video, and also buzzing from the TV speaker at lower sound frequencies. I first contacted LG about it weeks ago, and it took 1 phone call and 3 customer service chats over the span of an entire week just to get a service "agent" to contact me about it. Every time, the person on the phone/chat would tell me I'd get a call within a day or two, but nothing happened at all until the last CS chat when I refused to end the chat until I got a call.Even after I was contacted, the whole process has been incredibly frustrating and I've gained nothing so far. The service agent asked me to provide a video of the problem via email but initially did not provide me with an email address to send it to. I had to wait until the next time she called me to get the email address, because LG would not provide me with any way of contacting my service agent. I sent the video to the provided email address only to be told a couple days later that they do not accept YouTube links (or links at all for that matter) and I would have to send the video file by email, and additionally it would have to be under 20MB... This is impossible as even a 56sec video taken on my old iPhone is over 100MB. LG did not provide me with any alternative to provide a video of the issue.After that, my agent tried to call me a couple times while I was away from my phone to tell me that they are "still working on it" but I still could not return her calls, because calling back on the same number only puts me through to the useless call center. It's been a week since the last time she called and LG have not tried to contact me again, and they are also ignoring my emails. There is no online customer service portal for me to check the progress of my case or upload evidence to either. This entire process is EXTREMELY poor and feels like it's designed to simply frustrate the end user into just giving up. For as large of a company as LG is, this is absurd.LG, you clearly have an overwhelming number of 1-star reviews for a reason. Why is your customer service still this horrible? You need to do better, and for crying out loud fix or replace my damn TV already.UPDATE 6/7/2021: Finally got a call back from the "agent" at LG (Pau). They said they spoke to the "engineer" about the problems with my TV, and the engineer is claiming that the audio desync issue is not a "fault" and is a "normal function of the TV". So according to LG, it's completely normal for a $3000 TV to randomly desynchronise the audio from the video almost once a day, requiring the user to power cycle the TV to correct it each time. I've never heard such an absurd excuse in my life. LG, this is utter rubbish and you know it. If you want to say problems like this are "normal" then you need to put it in the product listing. I'll be taking this up with consumer affairs if you continue to treat me like a fool and refuse to do anything about this.

My brand new $1500 refrigerator completely blew up within 6 months of purchase. I spent two months with their tech going back and forth trying to fix it. He came out 6 times replacing parts and on the 7th it was too far gone, so it became refund or replace. This style is gone, so LG told me I could only get a refund. Every rep at LG I talked to told me they reimburse for food spoilage. I’m on disability and just barely surviving like the rest of the word, so this was a hard hit. I have no fridge or any of my food! All the frozen food I had been saving up/freezing is gone. They offered me a refund for the fridge and I accepted, but not before asking AGAIN about the food spoilage reimbursement. She said it had to be under a different ticket and to call back to get that started. So I did. I talked to 4 support agents (minimum) about this from the moment it stopped working and they all had the same answer. When I called back to see why the escalation team hadn’t called yet with the approval, I was informed my request was denied. They said they cannot reimburse me for the food spoilage after a refund for the fridge has been issued. LG, do better! Get everyone on the same page! If that’s your rule then make sure everyone knows it vs a select few. Even the person that opened the food spoilage ticket for me last week didn’t say anything. Furthermore, I would have no knowledge of such reimbursement, if it wasn’t for your customer service! In conclusion, the product was crap/broke immediately, their tech seemed to make things worse with each part he replaced and $600 (or more) in food is just gone! The only silver lining is the fact that I decided to check on this today before I headed out to buy another one of their refrigerators. Not anymore! Never purchasing a LG product again.
